this business is not bbb accredited. Approximately six months ago, I purchased a purse from Orange Beauty. Unfortunately, the letters on the purse fell off, and I reached out to the company for a replacement or return. To my dismay, they only offered me a 15% discount on a new purchase, which I found to be inadequate and unfair given the circumstances. As a licensed cosmetologist, I have primarily purchased hair and beauty products from them and have always been a loyal customer.

Due to my dissatisfaction with their handling of the purse issue, I filed a dispute, which I lost. However, I continued to purchase other items from them, excluding purses, as I wanted to maintain my business relationship with the company.

Today 12/28/24 I was banned from purchasing any items from Orange Beauty due to my previous dispute. This action seems discriminatory and is unjust, especially as I have been a consistent customer for their other products. I believe that this treatment not only harms me as a customer but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to serving...

Place is newly opened and in the midst of stocking shelves. It took several attempts at talking to different people to get the point across at what I wanted. I had braids before the chemo and hair is almost long enough to replace them. I wanted good quality hair and am not a child therefore not ashamed that it came back silver. Will see if they sold me what I asked for.
