I have never had a problem with this Starbucks until this morning. I want to start with this, everyone was so kind!!! Truly, every woman employee in that store was so kind and apologetic this morning, and I appreciate them so much. If only all employees were that kind, the world would be a better place.
I ordered 5 coffees (which came out with no problem at all!), and proceeded to step aside to wait for my food (only egg white bites and a breakfast sandwich). About 15 more minutes went by and I just asked “hey I’m just waiting for my food because I’m realizing people who ordered after me are getting their food with no problem and leaving?” She was even confused as to where my food was. The woman said “oh I am so sorry, let me go ask where they are!”…
She proceeded to go ask the older gentleman in the corner making the food where they are…before explaining the situation, he looked right at me, and ANNOUNCED to the whole store “yeah it’s going to be like a long wait on EVERYTHING”. At this point, I’m so embarrassed almost to the point of tears (I don’t like confrontation). The woman apologizes that my food had been forgotten and that it is coming right up.
I waited another 15 minutes, and while I waited, the older man continued to stare at me as he handed other “patient people” their food. Mind you…I was there in total 45 minutes. At this point, I’m a people pleaser, hate confrontation, and am about to cry (I was so embarrassed and a bit frustrated). This now seemed like he was intentional and personal. At this point, probably everyone who ordered after me was home with their food LOL.
I really would like to thank the woman behind the counter making the drinks with the black mask and the 2 buns in her hair. She was so kind and offered a refund, and really seemed to stand up for me.

Read moreI came to this Starbucks yesterday morning like most days it was over crowded as I was entering into the parking lot.A Mexican man in a white Nissan pick up truck was highly aggressive coming out of this Starbucks location. I moved my vehicle over even though he was in the wrong,and he had a stop sign. Which means to stop to let the cars coming have the right away. The Hispanic male pulled down his window,and started cursing at me as I drove into the parking lot. I parked my car,and the gentleman in the white Nissan pick up truck came around the corner,and was cussing and swearing horrible words towards me few people had witnessed this incident as I was entering into the Starbucks. This location is horrible the way there architect, project management ,and design team, design this Starbucks did a horrible JOB. If you are a young woman, mother, elderly woman. Do not come to this location alone!!! There needs to be a Pinellas County police officer at this location all times especially in there morning hours. The people entering this establishment are rude and highly aggressive especially men!!!Something not done I can see a bad situation like what happened to me become tragic. The workers at this location are nice the people who come here are horrible. Hopefully Starbucks management team, and corporation do better to prevent any future crimes from occurring at this location. If not I can see Starbucks hit with a civil lawsuit. Read moreThis is the only Wawa I go to due to every other 1 getting my order wrong. Then they'll tell me it's my fault and they aren't going to give me what I ordered since I ordered wrong (which I know I did order correctly on the kiosk). This Wawa will admit it's their fault and instantly fix it. This visit the girl that handed me my sandwich I asked for the hot peppers on the side which I didn't get. I asked her then she told me you need to make sure you put it on the order. Told her I did. Then she tells me no you didn't. I knew I did when I was about to walk out the door I saw it on the ticket so I walked back up to her to show her I did order it (only reason I did this because she was rude about it like I had no idea how to order it). She blamed her computer saying it didn't show it which probably due to it being at the bottom she either might have scrolled down a little or completely ignored it. Right after I showed her as she's telling me it just seems like she's giving me more attitude about it. I'm always nice to all the employees here as always so it's not like I was upset or rude about it at all. There was no reason for it but I know they probably deal with some people that are super rude. She didn't have to be rude sounding at all about it.
