To say that Billy saved my life would be an understatement. To say that I would gladly fight side-by-side with Billy against the post-apocalyptic gangs of a neo New York as we try to make our way back to Coney Island, well I wouldn't be lying . But most of all to say that he has the pardon my french, damn finest selection collection of local beers 🍺 🍻 (particularly sours in my case) , would be words none finer could you find in the English language that I would have etched upon my 🪦 tombstone (Pile driver) . The joy of finding a bar that is well lit (not a dimly lit chamber for the boomer brindle fly )and plays 80s films and wrestling events on its televisions (rather than the Price Is Right or ball sports) is a diamond in the ruff. We stopped in on a moto ride about 10pm on a Friday and had a very good time. Chill new place with great potential and location. There hasn't been a spot with a good bar/tavern feel in this area for quite some time and I can see them building a following. They have movies that you can actually rent, craft and regular drinks both on tap and bottled, TVs with nostalgic content, a separate bar that seems to be for playing consoles, AND the kicker for me is that they are cool with playing tabletop games. BeerBusters is my favorite bar in St. Pete/Pinellas Park. You walk in and are instantly hit with a big nostalgia kick. Seeing all the movies on the wall, the games, the wrestling and comic book figures…it’s truly a dream come true. There’s always something going on at BeerBusters…who on earth could forget about Tuesday night trivia with The Cheese! 😉

The owner Billy is a wonderful, affable guy with a super genuine spirit. He always has a pop culture reference, a piece of wrestling history and a cold, locally brewed beer on the ready for each of his customers.
