The only reason I gave it 1 star is because the āManager ā Tricia should not be working with the public or people. She was the most rude, unprofessional person Iāve ever had the unfortunate confrontation Iāve ever had to deal with. I had a couple items to return as I had been in the hospital & my daughter had gone to the store for me since I was unable to & she accidentally purchased some incorrect items. I had the receipt, it was within two weeks of purchase, items were not expired not old and I had the receipt. This woman was so loud and condescending to me accusing me of something called receipt theft? Iām not sure exactly what it was she said but when I looked it up it said people that use receipts theyāve found and then go into store and return items from found receipt. I was so completely appalled that this woman had said and treated me the way she did. Iād like to know how she could even accuse me of this being that my purchase was made from my debit card??? All of my purchases are made from either atm, credit card sometimes cash only if itās a small purchase. This is not the first time this woman had been this absolutely unprofessional to me, So itās not just a one off āBad Dayā. I couldnāt walk for a couple weeks after the hospital, So I had to make an exchange, I had receipt nothing wrong & was purchased with my ATM card again it was the wrong flavor so I just needed an exchange. Tricia once again would absolutely not do it. Iām so absolutely disgusted with this woman and how badly she treated me and the embarrassing awful things she said to me, that I will not shop there anymore. I am now going to Publix or Winn Dixie and I used to spend $1,000 a month at Walmart. Sheās so hateful, rude & wrong & sheās teaching the other workers to be that way. She was snickering with a co-worker about how badly she was treating me. All of this while customers were behind me listening to how badly she was treating me. I thought Walmart used to be about friendly service you know the smiling greeters. Well itās really gone downhill with the terrible āManagersā they are hiring?? Youāve lost a customer Walmart. I needed to go in One Night about 4 Minutes before Closing to Purchase Dog Food for my German Shepherd Service Dog. In so many places if you walk in 30 Minutes before closing, you are Greeted by a Not So Friendly Employee Grumpily Telling you that They Close in 29 Minutes. Here at this Walmart I was Welcomed and You would never have known that it was Time for them to Close by Their Behavior. They were Helpful, Smiling, Kind, and Wonderfully Nice to me and my Service Dog. Though I didn't mean to be so Super Late, I was Very Appreciative and Pleased with Everyone and how My Service Dog and I were Treated. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey always seem to be out of everything especially these last 2 months it's hit or miss to get the things on your grocery list. I never understood why Walmart has 10 registers and only One open for a cashier to check you out in the other five open for you to self check out with limes that are ridiculously long and then on top of that you have to scan your own items they should give you a discount for ringing up your own stuff! This is super frustrating when they don't have what you want on top of that you got to wait 15 to 20 minutes or longer in line to self check out and I'm not happy about the wait to ring out your own groceries especially when you just are going to the store for three things or even one! I think they need to open all the registers half being self checkout and the other half with actual cashiers...
