Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Piqua

The service was horrible. I ordered 15 pizza's the night before and even set the pickup time earlier than needed to make sure they were done Was supposed to pick pizza's up at 3:45 pm, did not finally walk out until 4:35. The entire time they kept making up different excuses and blaming different things. Also over heard the one person (who originally said it was her fault cause she was new) yelling at someone over the phone because she said it was their fault. They blamed one employees newness, they also blamed the ordering system, they blamed one of the guys for leaving without checking the orders, they blamed the fact that the entire shift came in at 4 except for one person, and finally they blamed me for not calling in and checking to see if the order was going to be ready on time. Those were just the excuses I remember. The food was okay, normally better but they took so long to get the order together and left it on counter instead of warmer it cooled off. I called little Caesar's corporate customer service and they said the owner would contact me, yet here we are almost a month later and nothing. No apology, no attempt to make up for this, all i received was their personnel cursing at me on the way out after I finally received my order. Would absolutely recommend anywhere else,...

I stopped in to place my order and the offer I was trying to order was an online order only. I went to order online and the offer wasn’t listed so I asked the lady at the register about it and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about , so I just took hot and ready pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. As she hands me the pizza there’s the offer in question glued to the top of the box and I said “there’s what I was asking for” and she states “it’s only an online order” so again I tell her “it’s not showing online so I asked for a code so I can order online she says we don’t do online orders!” By this time she’s being rude and says you want to talk to a mgr and I said yes please so she stomps off and comes back to tell me it’ll be a while the mgr has a line of pizzas so I just took my pizza and crazy bread and left. I have NEVER had such poor customer service from any place and as you can tell my breadsticks were smashed when she threw them in a bag and put the pizza sauce and garlic butter on top! I doubt I’ll be returning to this store and I’ll be sure to tell everyone about...

Ordered a 55 dollar order today. Get it home and all 4 pizzas plus 2 orders of breadsticks burnt hard as a rock. The kids were starving and wanted to try it so they did and was still so hard they couldn't finish there pizzas so we called and the shea girl that answered pretty much told us our loss cause a few pieces were missing. I called back and asked for a district manager number was told she wouldn't give us one and wouldn't give us a cooperate number eather. I being a store manager for diffrentcompany, we display all our corporate and district names and number on the front door, still was refused and told they will he there tomm between 11 and 4 to call back then,very disappointed as we just asked for one or two to be remade so the kids could eat edible food we played 50 bucks for. Will never return terrible service...
