I visit the City of Piqua Ohio once a month. As an investigator, I provide training to the whole City of Piqua. I’ve been stopping at the store for more than five years. Over the last three years, I’ve noticed that the service has gone downhill!
The night before I visit the City of Piqua, I always call in an order of 5 to 6 dozen donuts. Over the last two years, they don’t have my order ready, and that makes me late for the meeting that I have with the city.
Once again, I called the night before to order six dozen donuts and muffins. I arrived at 6 AM the next day and the order was not even made. This is the fourth time this year that I’ve experienced this.
Every time I inquire about where my order is the employees are rude, put off by my questioning, and do not seem to have been trained in customer service.
this morning, the woman who waited on me was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I was talking in a very polite professional way, she still talked over me, and the last thing she said was, I don’t have time for this and walked away from me.
As I arrived late from my meeting in Piqua, there were 60 people that live and work in the City of Piqua , as I was explaining to them why I was so late, about 15 of them stated that they don’t come to Tim Hortons anymore because of the unprofessional way that the staff treat the customers. The other 45 employees all heard the negative bad news about Tim Hortons, which was really bad for your company.
It’s very sad that an employee of Tim Hortons would not care how this would negatively impact the company. I will no longer be coming back to Tim Hortons, and by the sound of it, there are many people that live in the City of Piqua that will not as well.
That location desperately needs training in customer service and at least be able to talk to their customers in a professional way ……or at least say hi and thank you which has never been given to me as a...
Read moreNormally I don't even bother to review fast food places because it is what it is, nobody goes there wanting quality. But this location specifically does the worst Tim Hortons location I've ever been to which is unfortunate because it's the local one a few minutes away from where I live. Sometimes I get fed up enough with them that I drive all the way to Troy. Every time I go here they're out of whatever it is I'm wanting to order. just this morning I wanted a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and a bagel toasted with butter and ice coffee. They informed me that they have no butter and no croissants.if this was a rare occurrence it wouldn't be a big deal but it happens all the freaking time and whenever they're out of something it's like they just decide not to make any more for the day oh, and how is a breakfast place supposed to just not have butter? You don't have butter pop down to the grocery store I go buy some butter that's what the manager or owner should do. I don't know if the owner is just cheap and doesn't want to spend money but they are almost always out of half of the things you asked for. Timbits they only ever seem to have three or four flavors at a time. They also use crushed ice in their iced coffees, which is irritating because of waters your coffee down really fast. Feel like there is a lot this store needs to change if they actually care about their customers. Customer service from the employees is always pretty good and they're nice just seems like poor...
Read moreI ordered a #2 breakfast sandwich and a 20 box of Timbits this past week. The loud speaker attendant seemed fine. Pull up to the window and stuff apparently hit the fan. I get immediate attitude from the female worker asking me: “10, 20 or 40?” in an annoyed and frustrated tone. I said, “Excuse me?” and she repeats herself getting more flustered by the second. 2 cars behind me, I saw them drive out of the line when I pulled up. I am assuming the attitude was in repsonse to whoever that was. The attitude threw me for a whole loop and I told her 10 Timbits. She gives me no receipt and thrusts the wrapped sandwich at me with a “Here you go!” I saw there were Help Wanted signs up and it looked like only one more worker was there to help her, but her attitude was totally disrespectful and un-called for. I also understand it was the breakfast rush, but that is literally your job to be prepared for that. I opened up the sandwich and low and behold it was the exact opposite of what I ordered. It wasn’t even a breakfast sandwich. This had tomato, lettuce and cheese (no sauce) in-between 2 pieces of bagel. Totally not worth the over $9 I paid for my total. I love Tim Hortons, but will never be returning to this...
