LAST AND FINAL TIME I will EVERRRR place an order with your restaurant!!! Coming from a loyal customer the owners should really appreciate loyal CONSTANT returning customers BUT OF COURSE NOT! I’ve been ordering for months long, couple times a week, NUMEROUS amount of times for months and all my orders are $20 up to $60!!!! I’ve never had issues asking for extra bread with my pasta or extra sauce for pizza or side of bread for my 4 year old and NEVER had any issues getting calls to charge more or call me to re do order for me to pay for every side extra!!!! Same owner in the last 8 days just called me instantly after placing my online order and tells me “well u got lucky all these months not getting charged extra”!! EXCUSE ME?! How about checking my history seeing “wow this house orders ALOT” and appreciate that business and just make the customer happy I mean you guys are that desperate for a loyal constant customer asking for side of sauce with pizza, sidenof bresd WHICH THEY ONLY PROVIDE TWO MAX SMALL CUTS which a whole Italian bread costs them about 50cents per Italian bread from whatever company they order from, then asking for extra vodka sauce in my pasta because you guys cook with barely any sauce THIS SAME OWNER NOW CALLS ME TWICE BEING THAT DESPERATE OVER SIMPLE SMALL SIDES?! Get out of here not to mention all the times I’ve never called u guys for you guys forgetting small simple sides I ask for! The comment that really did it for me is for a long time owner to say “it’s not about the extra buck u got lucky all these months” hmmmmm no it’s about the extra bucks and you should speak professional and look into how loyal your customers are I’m sure seeing my online orders & calls proves it all that I shouldn’t even be getting any calls to pay extra for small simple sides it’s called “appreciate the business over simple cheap sides that barely cost our restaurant anything & make this customer who orders a lot & spends a lot of $$ HAPPY! That’s it I even told him over the phone “thank u this is the last time I ever order” & please to the owner that realizes who I am PLEASE learn to appreciate customers who truly order a lot b/c it’s us customers who are so loyal & consistent that pay u & all your staff at the end of the day! Stick to the girls taking online/phone orders b/c like u said the girls handle it & I’ve gotten lucky for 4/5 months b/c they clearly know how to keep constant customers happy!!! SO LONG FRATELLIS NICE KNOWING YA!! & it’s not about the money right?! FUNNY BECAUSE I GOT MY FOOD NO SIDE OF SAUCE WITH MY LARGE PIE & NOT 2 SMALL PIECES OF BREAD FOR MY LARGE PIE!!! NO EXTRA VODKA SAUCE IN MY PASTA & TO CHEAP FOR GIVING ME MY EXTRA BREAD FOR MY VODKA SAUCE PASTA!! I am disgusted at this point that for 4/5 months I always talked so highly of u guys to everyone I always so much $$ & now I’m disgusted b/c on the phone u heard I wasn’t happy with our convo & u have the nerve as a owner to make a consistent loyal customer unhappy the way u sent my order! Never again! As an owner I would be embarrassed if I was u! Again I would never recommend this place to anyone because they are ALL ABOUT AN EXTRA BUCK FOR SMALL LITTLE CHEAP SIDES TO GO WITH YOUR ORDERED FOOD WHEN YOU ORDER CONSTANTLY FROM THEM! Ppl go somewhere else where your loyalty is appreciated FROM THE OWNERS!!! I rather donate your food to my neighbor right now & order from the AMAZING Chinese food resturant across from u guys who give anything WITHOUT ASKING FOR A BUCK AND THEY DO FREE DELIVERY! I pay $2 for your delivery when walking distance I live 8 mins! Like I said thank u to the unprofessional owner calling me twice in a week look up my phone number and my online orders so u can see u made such a horrible unprofessional decision on how you handled my two recent orders like today and NEVER get rid of your girls because then your business will really go down hill because you are so desperate for any extra buck! Keep charging cops $2 for anything they want but treat real paying ppl...
Read moreVery disappointed today. I place an online order about two to three times a week and pretty big orders. Today I went on your site and as soon as I clicked to view menu and order it took me to the second site that places the online orders and that site refuses to let me view and order from you guys. My issue is this problem only occurs using my phone 🤨 so today I went on my iPad and of course no issues... went on your site clicked to be brought to the second site and the site let me click to view menu and place my expensive order with no issues!! So now I’m feeling some type of a way because why all of the sudden your site will not allow me to continue placing orders WITH MY CELL PHONE... makes me feel as if you guys put my device on a block list or something? So I even emailed the company who runs your online orders because if you guys really put a block on my cell phone after the amount of money I spend with your restaurant I will NEVER do business with you guys again or refer ANYONE!!! I’m beyond offended.... let’s see your response to this why you guys would treat loyal customers like this???....

Thank you for responding I appreciate your advice on what to do with my phone device which I did and glad to say your online ordering works again on MY cell device :) my review wasn’t about your food we love your food and this is why we always order so much it was more of your site not working just for my cell device but I’m glad it’s all squared away and we are waiting for our delivery at the moment. Read moreUnfortunately I saw the location quickly posted several fake 5 star reviews after I submitted this in hopes of getting this review all the way to the bottom. Again, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD. Especially if you’re buying for a child. Read below:
I don’t leave reviews but we felt this was necessary before someone else orders food from this location, especially when ordering for your kids.
We order weekly from this location for the past year (pizza Fridays for the kids). Today we ordered pizza, fries and Cajun chicken Caesar salad.
Although we noticed the customer service was on a serious decline, we didn’t pay mind to it because we understand how it is to be young and work customer service. We are understanding and just ignore that.
Today, while eating the salad, my daughter noticed this roach in our food. We were in shock. My wife immediately went to the location to show them the plate and a zoomed in picture so they could see the legs, antennas, etc. The male cook denied it was a roach and gave my wife and child an attitude. Once he saw the picture, he gave them a refund and disregarded any other comment. No apologies.
Again, I don’t leave reviews online. Just don’t have time for it. But I feel this was necessary for individuals to double check their food and/or reconsider ordering from this location.
I’d give no stars if that was an option. Just stay...
