Update....dropped a star from my last review which was 3 years ago. Today, I go to the drive thru. I could barely understand the cashier. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and a cheeseburger low carb style which means wrapped in lettuce. I was the only one in line at the time I placed my order but by the time I received the order it was a long line. I not sure how long I waited but I did turn the car off. I received the lemonade with very little ice so I requested another cup of ice. I had to ask twice. Lol...my low carb cheeseburger was a very small piece of lettuce with a slice of cheese. No pickles, no mustard or ketchup...just lettuce and cheese. I asked about it and she said I thought you said you wanted cheese wrapped in lettuce. Who orders that? Well, the saddest part of this story is I paid .70 for the lettuce in which was not enough to wrap the cheese and the cheese slice was .80. 1.50 plus tax for lettuce smaller than a dollar bill and a slice of cheese. I would have been better off at Food Lion. Geez!
Restroom is not clean, I had to clean and disinfect a booth for us to sit, burger and service were cold, fries were very hot, and the coke is almost as good...
Read moreTerrible experience. I stopped in on March 1, 2017 a out 8:00 pm. I ordered their classic cheeseburger combo with lettuce, tomato,onion and mayonnaise. My wife ordered a chile hot dog combo. What was brought to our table was a single cheeseburger with only mayonnaise and for my wife just a plain hot dog with nothing on it. I went back to the counter to get it corrected and waited another 15 minutes to get the correct items.
I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty who told me that the person who took my order was new. She also told me that they were short handed yet there were two uniformed employees in the dining room doing nothing. I don't remember her apologizing for the inconvenience.
I was reluctant to stop there because the last visit to a Hardee's in Petersburg Virginia resulted in both my wife getting sick to the point that we were both throwing up.
So needless to say, we won't be going back anytime soon and I recommend you go to the competition if you are looking for fast food.
I think management should look at their training policy to make sure employees are giving customers the best...
Read moreI am now officially done with this Hardee's for a while. I have been beyond patient and always nice whenever my order is wrong which is 95% of the time I order. I decided to go inside this time and explain exactly what I wanted to order, and even had it repeated back to me....felt petty confident that my order was correct this time so I got my food and left....going down the road and we start to get our food out the bag and guess what.....wrong again!!! I live too far from town to go back, so I tried to call and explain that my order was wrong again and could I be compensated somehow, but no one wouldn't even...
