Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Pittsburg

My husband and I have been to this BWW 3 times in the last 6 months. Our first visit we entered and stood at the door with no greeting or acknowledgement from staff for more than 10 min. We decided to try elsewhere. Our second visit we again stood at the hostess stand for more than 10 minutes before we were greeted. Once we were seated we ordered drinks and an appetizer. Our drinks came pretty quickly but more than 20 mins went by before out waiter reappeared. He didn't not have our appetizer. We placed our food orders and ordered more drinks. We did not see him again until he delivered our food, again with out the appetizer. We stepped out to the patio after eating and met the cook, turns out it was our waiters first night. We sympathized and looked over the missing appezier. Our third visit, this past week, we walked in and again stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. When we're were finally greeted we were told they were full and that it would be a 10 min wait. We agreed to wait and put our names on the list. 20 minutes later we still hadn't been seated or updated so we left. Food was absolutely terrible! Waited 20+ minutes to even get our drinks or order! Told waiter to separate mine and my husbands wings since I can’t have mango anything, and they brought all our wings out and they were all together. Not a big deal, we politely asked for them to be sent back and corrected and it was definitely an inconvenience to them. We asked for management to speak to us and everything was sorted out, until the check came. Management said he’d take off all the wings they messed up, and we had to ask for the ticket to be corrected. Waited another 20+ minutes for anyone to come see if we need boxes, change for our tickets, or drink refills, literally anything at this point. Management came by finally and asked how everything was tonight so my husband went to explain and he completely walked off and ignored us. NO ONE CAME TO GET OUR CHANGE FOR OUR TICKET. So we went up the front desk asked for someone to help us and they said “go back to your table for a server if you want change” when all the servers where standing right there when we were told that. Service was slow, but not ridiculously so. They were understaffed, which explains the wait times. The food was good, prices were a bit high but not bad. Paid $13.49 per burger, they came served on a metal tray with a sparse serving of over salted french fries. The double patty burgers made up for the lack of fries, and they were superb. The strawberry lemonade was 3.25 and was delicious, but the size of the glass in comparison to the NINE DOLLAR bloody Mary was just sad. The bloody Mary was over 9 dollars, an extra $3 was added for a higher quality liquor and for "wild sides"... Which consisted of half a sad looking celery stick and two red jalapeno peppers. Yep, that's it. No onion ring, no pickle, no olive. Absolutely nothing fancy, for an extra $3. So that was a disappointment. And the size of the glass for the bloody Mary was about 2/3 of the size of the much cheaper strawberry lemonade, although that was obviously alcohol free. Also, the glass was almost full to the top of ice, so definitely felt like we got ripped off on the bloody mary.
