Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Pittsburg

Our server, Kayla, has continuously been our waitress and time after time she is extremely rude. She checked on every table around except for ours. This has happened multiple times now. It is starting to feel very intentional and I am extremely confused as to why. We come to this location weekly and it happens every time. She only takes the order and then never comes back. Had to ask for a straw, silverware and napkins. Had to have someone else bring condiments and get us our refills. Paid my ticket on the kiosk. The manager came by when we were paying and asked if everything was fine. We expressed to him how our experience with Kayla has been and he had suggested that we request to not be sat in her section the next time. He was very nice but do not think that is the right answer. Addressing the behavior would be a better solution, especially since Kayla wears a shirt specifying she’s a certified trainer. I have went to this place numerous times and have spent a lot of money here and only a few times have had issues with the food and they fixed it. But tonight my son, my boyfriend and I were having dinner and the manager comes in with a friend and sat down to eat. Now it’s a small town here in Pittsburg KS so it’s not hard to know who’s job is who’s. So at the end of our meal the electricity went out briefly due to a storm rolling in and they started having trouble with the cash registers. My boyfriend (who really is a very nice person) jokingly said....free food from chili’s! Then laughed. The manager in a very rude voice and with a very bad attitude, held up her thumb and said....ya! I do Doordash, and had an order from here. I waited for a good 10 minutes, and decided to call em to ask how the order was going. They said once it was done, they'd have it out. After a couple more minutes, they finally brought it put, but I had about 3 minutes to get it to the other side of town, so it was late. As I was waiting on another order, the person I delivered to had sent me a pic about the food, and had asked if it was me that did it, or how it was given to me. I didn't receive her message cuz I was in the middle of an order, and she blamed me for it, and said she was going ot give me a bad review. I told her sorry, but how I delivered it, was how I got it, and I tried calling the restaurant, to see if they could remedy this, and after waiting 15 minutes to talk to the manager, I hung up.
