I have loved every Burger King I have ever visited until this one. I have been extremely unimpressed as a customer myself and as a delivery driver for the past few months. It had been a couple years at least since I had been in this store. Needless to say, the quality of customer service has gone downhill. The management is rude, if they acknowledge you at all. My last meal I ordered myself was not even close to being on the same level as I've experienced in the past elsewhere as well as this location. The bun on my sandwich was cold and dry and the fries were just warm enough to eat if I ate them while driving home.
As a delivery driver, last week I entered this location to pick up two meals. One of the meals was already overdue to be delivered when I decided to accept it. Not a single employee acknowledged me or the other delivery driver who were waiting for our delivery orders. We had to keep texting the persons they were ordered by and keep updating them as to why their meals were overdue. The manager was mopping the lobby around the other driver and I and he didn't say a word until the other driver finally asked him. Then he informed us that the drive through had very larger orders that had come in after our delivery orders and they had to go out prior to the orders we were waiting for. All in all, I waited 45 minutes for two orders that were not even medium size orders. I spent 45 minutes apologizing profusely to these people, basically telling them that the restaurant didn'tn care about this subset of customers they have. It was really not a good experience at all. I will certainly, from now on, stay away from this location until I hear there has been a change to their local management and customer service has improved...
Read moreMy wife and I went through the drive through on 09/01/2024, at approximately 11:45. The young lady, that took our order, at the first drive through window was quite pleasant. We proceeded to the next window and waited approximately 25 minutes. Vehicles behind us were frustrated and honked their horns. The gentleman, waiting behind us, exited his vehicle and asked me what the hold up was. I explained that I did not know. Finely, after approximately 25 minutes, another young lady came to the window and handed us our order. I asked what was going on and the young lady told me there was only one person working in the back. This young lady was not pleasant, offered no further explanation, did not apologize for our wait or the fact that we sat there the entire time without being checked on, even once. Our order #73 consisted of a whopper, a jr whopper, a large and a small fry. Our order was not right and the food was cold. We will not return to this restaurant...
Read moreI have been 3 times and all 3 times my order was missing items! One time I only ordered the King Box yet was still missing my fries. My first experience the cashier and managers told me they didnt have the deal I attempted to order yet my son ordered the day before and is on the menu board! Today was the worse! Waited 35 minutes in drive thru, they were not very busy. Had to ask for my drinks which the employee asked what I ordered, didnt get my entire King Box, they were out of ranch and honey mustard. When i got home and actually opened the sandwiches.....wrong! All burgers when I had ordered chicken. I spent many years in food service as crew and management. I understand how hectic, busy it can be. Store seems mismanaged and extremely disorganized. I understand they are new. I expect mistakes and even longer wait times but this is ridiculous!
