KFC — Restaurant in Pittsburg

I haven't had KFC in years. I finally decided to try it again and the fried chicken wasn't too bad however the mashed potatoes are just dreadful, the mac n cheese isn't awful but nothing to brag about, and the biscuits were decent but not as good as I remembered. I'll just stick to making food at home as it's nowhere near worth the price. Also I was friendly with the guy who handed me my order and he was kind of snarky. Second time I’ve ordered through the drive through and not gotten what I ordered. Last time I didn’t get biscuits with family meal after waiting in drive through for an extra long time. This time ordered 16 piece meal with 2 side of mashed potatoes and gravy, 2 sides of Mac and cheese and an extra side if green beans. It was not a good experience.I was in the drive thru for over 30 min ,was told to pull forward they would have my meals in a couple min. 15 more minutes passed I ended up having to go onto the restaurant to ask for my meals. The clerk was rude, like I was inconviencing him. Plus They had not even made them yet. Then when we got them one of our 5 pc meal had only 3.no pickles.no condiments even though we asked.
