After my initial experience being helped by Hillary at Comeau, I was sold on solely utilizing this shop. Not only did Hillary listen to what I thought I was looking for, she helped me determine some ring options that would make my fiancé happier in relation to cost while keeping my taste in mind. We found the perfect ring for me but didn’t make any decisions right away, so she put the ring on hold for a couple months. We went in for the second time trying to talk ourselves into looking for something still just a little under our budget, but I still absolutely couldn’t choose anything other than the one Hillary showed and had put away for me. After making our decision, Hillary and Chad had my new ring sized and clean in less than 24 hours. But wait- there’s MORE! They were both patient and explained how to care for my ring, gifted me a care kit, recommended an insurance company, AND I’m able to come back to have my ring cleaned professionally by the shop anytime they’re open at no charge. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my jewelry needs in the future- the experience in their shop was unmatched (we had tried a couple larger, commercial shops- the commercial shops’ diamonds lacked in quality, and their sales associates weren’t nearly as helpful). 10000% recommend Comeau...

As a gift to me she took my wedding ring to you to fix a loose stone. See she knows your sister Lauren. So when I got my ring back y’all had KEPT my original box and sent back a dirty old white box. I have pictures of my original box and I have the box you sent back. My stone was STILL LOOSE. Nice work. And on top of that. The part that makes me angriest is, I wore that ring for years. I have hundreds if not thousands of photos of me with that ring on. I have proof of authentication from Zales. The ring comes back to me, goes on my finger, and in less than 30 days my finger is green and my band is nasty. So explain that to me. Comeau Jewelry was everything I could ask for in purchasing a once in a lifetime piece. I had very specific requirements for what I wanted and Chad fulfilled all those requirements.
