Sincerity is everything especially when dealing with someone's food... & Especially if you Don't Know them personally ...
There is a certain element of Respect & Trust that needs to be established between staff & guests before guests will feel comfortable enough to eat the food you are serving ... That is why Some Guests "Come-In" and why Other Guests Opt to "use the Drive-Thru"...
and at any time if you make fun of guests, or behave questionably, they May Not understand you, or Trust you ...
& in turn, will NOT trust the food you serve them...
Wearing a nametag that says "Manager", comes with the ultimate responsibility of being "The Face of the store" to the public and this is where Integrity IS Paramount ...
As General Managers ourselves of 20 years, we can tell you that speaking soo fast that others can Not comprehend you.. Does not Always make you Look "More Intelligent", or anymore "Efficient" to your crew or customers... it just makes you come off Frazzled, or like you may have had TOO MANY Energy Drinks ...
& handing a customer a cup at the counter, and then pulling it away, and swirling it around their hand so they can't grab it routine ... ???

Read moreI pulled up to the drive through window, handed the employee a 50 bill. Window shuts. So I look over to see what's happening to take awhile for my change. I see 2 different employees now. So I see the employee wearing the kitchen gloves for food handling. Wearing gloves and is digging into her purse for the change im owed. She has hair hanging everywhere out of her hat. Hair is on her shoulders. It looks like it hasn't been brushed o4 washed in months. 3d employee was putting in an order, and she has extensions in hanging down her back only in a hairtie and her neck line. Hair swinging everywhere whenever she is moving. Can you guess what is in the soft taco's my daughters were eating. HAIR! State health code violation!!!! Only took gloves off and threw them away from overhearing my disgust. Then continued to dig through her purse. Didn't wash her hands and back to the prep table in the kitchen. Ladies your at a job!!!! I didn't want the side of your nasty hair. If you work in the kitchen then you have to get it pulled back, up and off your back!!! In a hairnet if it hangs over the ears. Read moreI just went through the drive thru after work at 11pm. There were cars lined up almost to the Mid America. i waited in the drive thru for an hour and a half and ordered two supreme lux boxes 1 how it comes which was made correctly but everything was stale and cold. And then another supreme lux box with a beef chalupa, soft taco, 5 layer burrito and cinnamon twists with no sour cream or tomatoes on any of the items. My cinamon twists were 1/4 of the way full, had no cinnamon on them and they were cold, my chalupa was made correctly but it was stale, my soft taco was made correctly but soggy and my 5 layer burrito was caked in sour cream. The cashier who took my order was very sweet and she gave me the extra sauce i asked for but the kitchen completely messed up my order. wont be back here for a while if ever.
EDIT: 07/25/25 Still havent heard back from taco bell about this incident, I filled out a help request on their app since i havent been able to get anyone to answer the phone. Hopefully they contact me to resolve the issue. Not going back until they make things right and hire...
