Where do I begin???? The table was sticky and the light shining in the front showed everywhere the greasy gunk was smeared across the table. I tried cleaning it with a napkin but the napkin stuck to the table. The floors were black with filth. We noticed more and more as we sat and waited for the food we ordered. The food came out and opening our silverware , it was so dirty and the “fried rice” my husband ordered was a ball of white boiled plain rice, beside the ball was one sprig of broccoli and thre tiny carrot squares. He ordered teriyaki chicken, but it was mostly onions. I ordered chicken with the noodles and am not sure if it was chicken as it was rubbery to chew. Mostly it was onions. I asked them to not put rice on my plate as I am allergic, but I got a ball of rice anyways. Ugh! I just left it untouched. The noodles were thin spaghetti noodles. We ordered crab rangoon and egg rolls, both were overcooked. You could taste the solidified and reheated oils in all of the food. Nothing was fresh. The portions were really small, so that’s probably a good thing, because a few hours after coming home the diarrhea began. It’s now been nearly 24 hours since we ate there and the diarrhea has not slowed down. If anything, it feels worse. I wasn’t going to write a review, despite the bad experience, but this being sick has to be told to others to warn them away from this place. I think the food must have been old and refrigerated many times and reheated. You could taste that it wasn’t fresh. Wish I could give negative stars for service and atmosphere. My husband and I ate here, and the experience was awful, the service ABSOLUTELY unprofessional , it was dirty and the menu is inaccurate. We walked in and the waitress was on facetime with a person right in front of us, she did walk behind the wall but was so loud. Literally telling the person there is customers and she will get to us. My husband’s plate the garlic pepper with choice of meat was $10.95 plus $5 because he choose the three meat combo. When he got his plate there was maybe 3 thin slices of chicken and the same amount of beef but no pork! I ordered the Beef Pho for $10.95 which comes with your choose of meat and meatballs. I ordered extra beef as well for $2.50. And I’m sure you can see where this is going there was no meatballs nor extra beef. I would like to note I really do like the pho, but it was not the same this time the broth had no flavor When we were served the waitress didn’t give us silverware and any sauces I wanted I had to get up to get because the waitress was on her phone. And almost of their sauces were not good, the bottles clearly state “Refrigerate after opening” and they were just siting out on the table. When we showed the waitress our plates she said she had to ask the cook who said he made it how it was ordered. So we paid almost $40 for maybe and thats a big MAYBE for $22 dollars...

I have never had this bad of service. There were 6 of us and the restaurant was empty. It took 20 minutes for the server to bring out our drinks and 30 minutes to bring out the hot teas we ordered. After we ordered our food it was over an hour and we still had not gotten it, so I went to ask the server about our food and I saw that all of the food was sitting on the counter in the kitchen. Afterwards the server brought out 2 plates and they were cold so they were sent back. When the food came back out it tasted as if it was just warmed up in the microwave. The server then brought out 3 more plates that were cold also. We waited a little bit and the last person still had not gotten her food, so we just told the server to cancel it and we left. We never got any refills nor did the server come ask us if we needed anything. Not to mention that a couple sat down but then left because the server never took their order. I think the worst part of it was the server did not seem to care, nor did he say sorry about any of it. I will not be back here to waste my money again. I never leave reviews since I am a pretty understanding person, but if I could give this restaurant negative...
