When a person answers the phone at a business to take an order, I have certain expectations. I like to know that the person is paying attention and speaking to me, not asking me to repeat myself and continuously talking to other workers. I was even told "hold on" in the middle of giving my order and placed on hold for a couple minutes. The employee was mumbling at best and was getting quick with me when he had asked me to repeat myself due to his own lack of attention to the phone call. I was put on the spot to tip the driver over the phone and then told AFTER the completed transaction that the wait for delivery (from beechview to brookline blvd.) would be 1 HOUR 45 MINUTES. At the 2 hour mark, I called to check on it, knowing they were closing in roughly 20 minutes. This employee checked on it and said, "it's out. That's all I can tell ya. Sorry. Bye." The food arrived and my mild wings sauce had spilled out of the styrofoam and into the plastic wrap, which then proceeded to leak into the rest of the bag. The wings were plump and the other wings had a good smothering of sauce. The provolone sticks were soggy and sad. The hoagie was so small for the price they charged and my burger was overcooked. We have ordered from here multiple times through uber. So we decided this time to pick it up. Let me talk you about this place. We went there. Found out they have over 600 flavors so if you don’t see anything you like . Ask. They probably have it. The employers were so nice and friendly. Very helpful. And I Found out they do their own delivery. . So I make sure not to order uber. If you want your wings custom they are happy to do it . Extra sauce etc. E we ordered out stuff got home checked the bags. Everything was right. Then my son realized he just lost his brand new set of keys. So as a long shot I called the store. They asked where we were parked abs went out looking outside. Found them on the sidewalk. I couldn’t believe the extra effort they put in to help out a customer. They put them in the register I picked them up the next day. No other wrong place around compares they also have crazy hoagies and sandwiches. And even crazier burgers. They def do it all . This is the worst delivery order I have ever came across. Apparently they deliver themselves from their shop so this is my first time ordering when you call the number it sounds like it's a cell phone because the recording says this wireless customer cannot be reached right now and it just hangs up. There is no backup number to call this place to check on the status of your order. My estimate delivery time was between 7:25 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. I live about 10 minutes from them if I drove I would have just picked it up myself. So not only did they trick me and not deliver my order but they took money from me and now I cannot feed my child. ....... So I finally got my order at about maybe 8:30 8:35 I am so mad the disrespect of this meal that I was delivered...
