Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Staff stated “Anyone can create any coupon on the internet, and I don't believe it.”

I recently visited this Scoops on the Boulevard with a valid Dining Advantage coupon, I bought and used a coupon from dining advantage previously in this store. However, my experience this time was nothing short of disappointing. The employee at the counter was incredibly rude and refused to accept the coupon, despite it being valid and authorized for the location. His reasoning? He claimed, "Anyone can create any coupon on the internet, and I don't believe it."

I explained that I’ve used the same coupon at this store before without any issue, but he remained adamant, stating, "I don’t believe this one," and even suggested I try elsewhere. It's frustrating because the Dining Advantage coupon, along with the address, was specifically for this store.
