PROOF SPORTS BAR — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Went to this bar because everyone was saying how wonderful it was under new management. Well DON'T GO. Me and my family were waiting 15 mins before someone even came to take our drink order mind you if the bar and restaurant was full I wouldn't have minded so much but there were 3 table eating. After taking our order the waiter stood by the bar for 15 mins and did nothing. When she did come back over she put the drinks down and tried to walk off not even thinking about asking us what we would like to order for food I had to stop here and tell her.after we ordered the food me and my fiancee got our food after 15 mins which is good but we had to wait a extra 25 mins after that for my sons food which is not acceptable.we were not once asked if we would like any refills on our drinks the whole time we were there. Now for the food the fries umm plz change your OIL . I dont want black fries that are over cooked and hard.the pizza was burnt and the crust was disgusting and hard the only good thing we had was the fredos sandwich which my fiance ordered I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken was a few days old and hardly any sauce and the bread was so hard it cut my mouth.the worst part of our experience was the waiter. Had to be the WORST waiter I have ever had she spent more time at the bar then looking after the customers. I'm a chef and would never serve...

Got there on a Tuesday at about 1205 PM. Bad sign, no one there but one guy at the bar. Tables not set up for dining. Was waited on almost immediately. Place smelled of combo of some sort of cleaning solution and stale beer. Ordered an Italian hoagie/fries. Took her a while to figure out the pos station along with another server and what turned out to be either the owner or cook. Too a while for food to be delivered. Fries were limp and covered in grease. I take it either the oil wasn't hot enough or the oil was dirty, or both. Couldn't eat them. The sandwich was ok, but would have been better if the italian dressing was actually put on the sandwich when it was baked instead of served, cold, along side the sandwich. I actually wanted to try a pasta dish but since it ddint seem as if they were open, I decided against it. I have read a few other very good reviews. Apparently I was there on an off day, maybe??? Dont think I will...
