Brehm's Return — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

We were looking for a place to eat after visiting an attraction in the area. I wouldn't have picked a bar since my 85 yr old stepdad was with us but he needed to eat pretty quick being diabetic. Tammy's Place is a neighborhood bar, nothing fancy, the music a bit loud for my stepdad when we went in, but we picked a table in the back. The SUPER nice guy who was planting lavender out front when we got there took our drink order and gave us menus. (I didn't get his name). Kim the bartender/server/cook took our order and made the food. She was SO friendly and sweet! Food was excellent! I don't know if Kim had turned down the music for our sake but we were able to have a nice visit! We rarely see each other so that was important. So you'll feel welcome here!! OMGGGGGG!!! Brehms Return chef's kiss. Solid gem! Small time dive with a big town vibe! The Brehms Burger was phenomenal. It was the special the night we went along with a our crowd favorite Yuengling draft. Our bartender was awesome. Quick to greet us and to get our drinks. Not only was Lauren amazing at customer service, she actually knew about sports! Which kept our group of guys drooling and out of our faces for a little bit. She also makes a mean Vegas Bomb!!!

If you like a Pittsburgh Local Bar... you can't miss Tammy's Place on Troy Hill. I usually stop by on the weekends for breakfast, but it's a fun place to visit all day. The food is great, made fresh, at more than reasonable prices with great service. The new owners are on site often and are friendly and appreciative of your business. Smoking is no longer permitted.
