Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I went in and ordered a medium coffee and 25 assorted munchkins since they a minimal selection of donuts. The lady took my order took my receipt and crumpled it up and threw it on the floor. The lobby had multiple people waiting for food and the pick up counter had orders scattered everywhere. I waited and watched the same woman who took my order fill 2 boxes of donuts and didnt event attempt to fill my order. I waited another ten minutes to hear my ordered yelled and the woman cleaning off the cup as it looked like another coffee had been spilled onto it. I waited another 10 minutes for the munchkins and when I tried to ask what appeared to be the manager (an older gentleman with a moustache and glasses) he told to wait a minute and that he was busy. I watched him slowly stir with a spoon acold drink and then walk to the counter and then didnt walk back over to me. I tried to get the attention of the original employee who took my order and she told to wait my turn. At that point I decided to leave. As I walked out I took a sip of my coffee and spit it out as it had no cream or sugar in it although the tag on the side said it did. I went to take another another drink and it was bitter. Very bad customer service. Drive thru cashier was very rude & the one at the window was just going based on what the drive thru cashier was telling her she couldn’t speak for herself! I ordered a large mocha iced coffee ( did not get that just su black coffee & ice ) a medium hot regular coffee & also a dozen order of glazed donuts ( did not get the dozen ). The cashier then told me she couldn’t sell me a dozen glazed donuts bcs she was going to run out on donuts. I mean it’s that the point of a fast food restaurant?!!! Despite all that I still purchased my order. After a few sips of my drink the “ large mocha iced coffee “ I shook my drink to mix the ice & heard a loud hit at the bottom of my cup & as I looked under my cup noticed something was in there!!!!! I recorded as I threw out my drink & there was a screw at the very bottom of my drink!!!! I feel as if this was purposely placed there because the cashier was being very rude & had an attitude! I will be contacting corporate bcs I could’ve choked on this screw or gotten sick bcs who knows where this screw is coming from & I feel this employer did this purposely!!! For everyone complaining about the service being slow or the doors being locked. Stop and look around everywhere. There is a staffing shortage because no one wants to work. Seeing the ignorance here it's no wonder why. I work at chick fil a and stop at this location everyday. After seeing the abuse they endure today from the car in front of me and how positive they stayed I had to give them a huge kudos.. Yes it takes a while and there might be some issues but what can you expect with next to no workers but they are open and still willing to serve all of you whiney ungrateful people. Have a little more compassion and understanding and if you can't I'm sure they won't mind you taking your money somewhere else to verbally abuse and belittle them. I think the workers here are phenomenal for all the bs they deal with! I am always greated with a smile! Maybe anyone who isn't deserves it! Check your privilege cause restaurants are a luxury not a necessity.
