This is the first and last visit. When we got to our seats, the waitress came and asked for our drinks. Very direct, no pleasantries. We ordered our food and waited. Finally we got the food and it was missing stuff. So the waitress had to go back and get the rest. When we got the food, I asked for extra syrup. Never got it. Once she put the food on the table, she never came back to check on us. They give one small container of jelly for four pieces of toast. But she never came back to check on us, so I wasn’t able to ask for more. I needed a soda refill when she brought us the food, but she never offered or paid attention. So majority of my meal, I didn’t have a drink. Now the food. Probably the worst diner food I’ve ever had. The over medium eggs were rubbery and you couldn’t cut them with a fork, which isn’t normal. The scrambled eggs were cold and soggy. Pancakes were cold, and they barely give you enough syrup, hence why I asked for more, but never received it. The bacon was dreadful. It tasted freezer burnt and then microwaved. The sausage was no better. Cold, soggy, and no flavor. Also microwaved. Tastes worse than the cheap premade sausage patties you buy in a bag from Walmart. It’s bad when the only good part of the meal was the toast and the tator tots. Another customer heard me tell the waitress my complaints, and then thanked me for my honesty and left before they could be seated. Also, they charge $10 for a single mask with their brand, which is bull because obviously they care more about making money off their brand than making edible food. All in all, I will never go back. And if anyone tells me they are going there for breakfast, I will warn them and tell them that’s it’s honestly not worth it. They’d be better off going to McDonald’s if they want food that’s actually warm...

On November 21, 2023, I ate from the salad bar. The lettuce didn’t look bad, but it did not look fresh. I made a salad, retrieved a cup of noodle soup, and went to my table. The soup was delicious, but it was cold. I informed the waitress that the soup was cold. She immediately removed it from the table. Several minutes later, I saw a manager remove the soup. It was replaced.
I became DEATHLY ill. After a visit to Medexpress, AHN Brentwood Hospital, and my PCP, I was diagnosed two weeks later with Giardia (intestinal parasites).
I am absolutely certain that I became ill from this restaurant. On December 15, 2023, the Allegheny County Health Department went to Eat n Park. They witnessed an employee handling raw beef and then touching equipment without changing his/her gloves and washing hands.
Eat n Park REFUSES to take responsibility for my illness. I missed 17 days from work. I have never been this sick in my life. I believed that I was going to pass away.
Two acquaintances became very sick after eating at this restaurant in January. About a month ago, an elderly woman posted on Next Door that she and two friends became extremely ill from eating there.
Eat n Park, please reimburse me for the days I missed at work. This is the right thing to do. If I do not hear back from you soon, I am retaining an attorney and filing a lawsuit against you. I filed a Right to Know request to gather the information I need to prove my claim is true. I am NOT going away.
Also, PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING THEIR JOBS PROPERLY AND TAKING PRECAUTIONS TO KEEP YOUR...
Read moreWalked in at 1058pm. The parking lot was half full. Ignored, then seated at 1102pm. Ignored, ignored, ignored. No greating from a server, no "hi I'll be with you in a moment". Servers were walking around joking and not waiting on tables. After watching everybody else get acknowledged and service, at 11:10 pm we got up. I walked to the front door and told the girl we were leaving after being ignored for ten minutes. I also informed her that it is better business to acknowledge a customer and assure them that you will be with them shortly rather than ignore them. I am also a server. Yes it is at a premier dining establishment and not diner, however there is no excuse to ignore guests. I always feel bad for servers at this kind of restaurant because I know how little they make compared to the tips I make. I ALWAYS to 30% or more at Eat n Park, Denny's, etc. Those servers let their best tip of the night walk out the door. Also, the menu that I practically memorized after ten minutes has changed quite a bit and is as big of a disappointment as the service. And what's with the NO soup and salad bar? Absolutely...
