The 5 star rating is for the food very good pizza and thats about it not the customer service 3 workers were in there the pizza shop when I walked in to pick up a phone order I placed needless to say I was not acknowledged at all as a customer I was looked and then all 3 employees looked away not asking can they help ...not a hello or any other greeting your suppose to get when you are patronizing a business not sure what the exact reason was I pretty much can say that I do in my gut know why 😔 after finally making my presence know by speaking up and sayind that I was there to pick up my phone order and gave my name the women worker never said a word to me she spoke the total took the cash handed me my change and walk away may I add it was not busy !!! I feel no matter who the customer is you are suppose to treat them equal..... the best advertisement is word of mouth that's something they shoud remember I probably won't ever go back customer service is not on the scale of even being rated average every person in there need a customer ...

Neighborhood pizza spot with a screen door and a family working the ovens. Turners tea and a hoagie will set you back maybe fifteen dollars but they are a good one two punch to handle lunch any day Eddie's is open. The Italian is delicious but I prefer less mayo than they use, still tho very good because of their choices of meats and other toppings. Insider tip: the steak sub is usually kinda dry, I don't know why, so maybe pass on that. Pizzas are solid and a nice go-to pie for a Friday delivery. We always enjoy the leftovers on Saturday. Well, I’ve been in search of which pizza shop in Pittsburgh makes the BEST Italian hoagies. I looked at the reviews at so many shops and tried so many to finally say that Eddies pizza shop is hands down the best. I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and professional and got to say that whenever I want a hoagie I will always go there.
