Fish & Chicken Boss — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I normally love this place their chicken is phenomenal but today I ordered off of uber eats and this is what I got...I've never had food this burnt before and having worked in the food industry before I know how things get! but this is completely unacceptable someone seen that meat and thought that looks good enough for someone to eat...it's not like the meats hidden I'm at a loss for words honestly may come back for chicken again but never ever get...

Walked in, no hello, asked to order 12 wings, after tip tapping on the register screen he said $22. The menu says $14 for ten wings, and online it says $17 for twelve.
