Tim and Matt were absolutely WONDERFUL. They were fantastic with our order (there are 5 of us so we always have a decent sized order) and treated you like you were an old friend. My 3 year old had been all over me and I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich (had glanced up and two of the sandwich names right next to each other were very similar names and I had said the wrong one) and noticed when he had put the meat on and I told them I was sorry and I ordered the wrong thing and I didn’t get a since ounce of attitude or eye rolling or anything; it was just a “no worries, we will get you what you want, no problems at all” and I can’t express how much that meant to a mama with her hands full. When I was trying to pick a drink and had asked them if they had tried any of the new sodas in there the manager told me to pick one and try it and if I didn’t like it to just grab a different one. The food was delicious and the service was so far above par I had to make sure I came on here to sing their praises. I would highly recommend this sandwich shop! Thanks for being so...
Read moreLast night, after a few hours of running around shopping as a family, the kids wanted McDonald's yet again. Mom and Dad just couldn't stand to stomach another fried fast food meal. So we got the kids what they wanted since they were good and well-behaved, and booked it up the hill from the Waterfront to Jersey Mike's. We arrived about 5 minutes before closing time. Not ideal for an employee that is trying to clean-up the kitchen and store and get home on a Friday night. However the two gentleman working last night on 3/15/24, made sure that we had a delicious Jersey Mike's sub to eat. The young man making the subs could've easily slopped something together for us, but he took the time and care to craft us a quality product that we appreciated and enjoyed. I just wanted to give the two workers a shout out for making our night and truly exemplifying the slogan we see on ads for Jersey Mike's and making it a Sub...
Read moreI ordered a sandwich then used their restroom. I went to wash my hands NO SOAP DISPENSER, NO SOAP, no sign or trace of a soap dispenser what so ever. I seen no traces of a soap dispenser what so ever.
Which means no employee hands are clean. They move from making sandwiches to ringing up your order. But never removing their gloves. That's disgusting, cross-contamination, and unsatisfactory. I asked the staff wheres the soap for the bathroom ? No one responded. I called the manager, she lied said It happened after she left because she checked the bathroom before she left. How is that possible when there was no trace, no sign, no outline of a soap dispenser ever being in there? She said she was going out to get one that day. So I went back 2 hours later, and exactly what I said she lied. I use to think highly of this place. CONSUMERS BEWARE. Someone is going to get sick...
