McDonald's — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

This was an absolutely horrid experience. I had went in and placed an order or the kiosk. The time was about 6:30 and I had placed an order of a large Big Mac Order, a large sweet tea, a large fry, 20 piece McNugget, and a medium fry. While waiting I was barraged with unattended children being very loud cursing, and disrespecting the workers and the security guard referring to both using slurs. They had multiple people stepping out of the kitchen to get the kids out leaving the kitchen unattended even though they had a security guard for that very reason who was just on his phone the entire time hardly making an effort to control the situation. After about 20 minutes they finally got the kids out but we hadn't received our order. They had multiple DoorDash drivers waiting the entire time that I was. Upon waiting I was harassed by another patron in the store who one of the works kept interacting with even though the patron hand t bought anything and had no intentions of doing so either. They asked me for money and insulted me and my girlfriend while playing loud music the entire time. The staff was pushing out orders the entire time but wasnt pushing out any of the orders that were needed. They gave a woman her ice cream, another worker her order, and that was pretty much the bulk of the orders they actually managed to full fill. After about 40 minutes I had finally decided to ask about my order, my patience had went thin and I wanted to leave as quickly as possible considering not only was the store all over the place but it was unbearably hot in there as well. The lady at the counter had told me she would check on my order and then upon doing so cleared my order from the board and handed a woman who had just walked in two mcflurries. At this point I had decided that it was time for me to just give up on the order as it was now 7:20 and my order not only had not been full-filled but looked like it was never coming. I want a full refund for the order that I never received and at bear minimum for the McDonalds location to be investigated. The staff had no control of their store and I have a feeling it was not the first nor the last time a situation like that would take place. Very disappointing experience will never visit that...

I would give it more stars but in my opinion they're just not worthy of it. McDonald's is like walking into your child's room after they had played for hours no one ever cleaned up. The burgers never look like they do in the advertisements. The last sandwich I had gotten didn't have any sauce and was missing a patty. The place is always a mess, and there's always mischief standing around. So it makes the average person leery of even walking through the door. This is not a place I would take my children to for fear you might say something wrong or order too fast to an associate there. The rudeness and bedside manner are horrible I was dismissed pushed aside many times. You can hear the cooks in the back, yelling hauling screaming and carrying on like two teenagers they are McDonald's nothing more then a hub of ignorant millennials in this time. It's as if there is no consideration for the customer they'd rather be home playing video games or chatting on there iPhones instead of being in a place of work. I could go on forever but I won't the food here is horrible and so is the customer appreciation service is slow and that just adds to their tension and you can feel it when you walk through the door. It's as if they don't want you there at all.. I have given this McDonald's enough of my time only because it's the only place nearby within walking distance that you can get something to eat did I go. There was something wrong with the fries (they tasted funny and when I looked at them there was black stuff all over the fries) and they tried to tell me they were fine and all the fries were black (which was said in an argumentative way). When someone else tried the fries they agreed, but nothing was ever done to right the situation and I was pretty much ignored, much as I was waiting in line to order, with 10 other people; didn't even get a refund. If that wasn't enough, when I was eating my burger I bit into something hard, thinking maybe it was just typical cheap meat that McDonald's serves (which is all the leftover meat from the cow and maybe a piece of bone or tendon got through like always), I spit it out and took another bite and the same thing happened, so I tried twice more just to see (exploretory mission if you will) and the same thing happened. I was literally sick to my stomach and threw up, after that cause I realized that they have to be doing something to the food or dropping it and using it anyway, not quite sure what happened to the food and not sure if I want to know, but something was definitely wrong with the food and the people whom work there.
