Please remember that there was a customer who did not tip last Sunday around 2:00pm. Those of you who have been in business for a long time than anyone else know well that a restaurant should be as friendly as possible to its customers by providing service. So don’t talking about pandemic delivery. And we went last Sunday and we're talking about that day. If you hear a customer's inconvenience, I think you should know how to apologize to the customer first. If a customer is offended by your unkindness, of course, I think you should apologize first, not a poor excuse like your comment. If the hostess reflects on your unkind attitude, then some guests will not receive this kind of unkind attitude from the hostess in the future. I'm not posting this review to have a bad effect on your restaurant with my comments, but I've posted this review because the hostess' unfriendly attitude, which I've felt many times before, was the worst last Sunday and my friend was in a bad mood. She thought the hostess herself should know. But now that I look at it, I think that my heart that was trying to tell her by posting a review of her unable to admit her fault is of no use. Please remember that those who can't apologize for own mistakes make no progress. About delivery only during the pandemic doesn't make sense...
Read moreNot bad. Great coffee. Decent Pho.
I am the guy that asks for raw beef on the side. I eat it with a quick dip and if it’s rubbery Or threaded I won’t go back. Was cutting it close on this place.
Vietnamese cuisine is one of my favorite types of restaurants to approach alone. No one is going to wonder why your alone eating soup. Lol
Besides that, no one in my Pittsburgh fam likes Pho let alone Vietnamese food.
When it comes to Pho Minh I am guessing southern Vietnam.
Atmosphere not the best. Pho not the best. I think if they put a little more online presence along with a quick inexpensive change of the interior paint - reprinted 6-10 photos of HOME to half poster size on the walls in frames, took out some seating along with some tables, moved others around so it doesn’t seem so drab and cramped, even though it isn’t. It would do a ton of good.
Just no Feng Shwag.
All in all, Broth seemed a bit rushed. Very unhappy with that part of the experience.
I Probably won’t go again. Not that the food was bad- just that there are better places that put more love into the food...
Read moreBefore posting I read reviews and some of ya’ll should not eat out. Anyway, I lived in the neighborhood for years. And I have tried a lot of other Pho places. This is my favorite. I’ve sat in to eat when they had dine in, and I’ve had plenty of the takeout. They are reasonably priced. I appreciate the simple and very flavorful broth that they produce that allows me to flavor it on my own the way I like it. My children like the place. And anyone with kids know, if kids can find something they like on the menu it’s a win. They are also very consistent. Every time I order the #16,#18 and the #2 it’s always the same beautiful quality and I appreciate that. My family has recently moved to a new neighborhood, but this place will always be my go to first. Well packed if getting to go. And please keep in mind it’s a family establishment all families have their way of making their...
