The Worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. It appears as if there is little to no management of the children that work there. I say children because they all look to be barely past 16 (and also act like it). I’ve visited this Wendy’s twice and have gone through the drive thru several times and have been disappointed and annoyed every time. The first time I went, I stood there with my girlfriend at the front counter for 5 mins just waiting to be acknowledged so I could order my food. After my girlfriend gave them cash they handed her back the change which was short they said they had no $1 bills. What fast food restaurant doesn’t stock up on change? Just told them to keep it rather than have $4 in quarters. And I stood there waiting on my food as they’re joking around and yelling at each other. I’m not one to be annoyed at stuff like this but the management needs to teach courtesy and customer service. The second time I have come to this Wendy’s, I stood there for 5mins waiting to be acknowledged yet again. There were no lids for the cups so I had to ask and wait there at the counter for them to finally bring me one lid but not any for the people with me that also got drinks. Food was cold. Cashier was barely paying attention as I had to repeat myself to them several times. The dining room was a mess, the counter and drink fountain area were also a mess. Please fix the management here so I don’t regret every trip...
Read moreWent on 6-24-22 around 6pm. Rude, disrespectful employees. Sat in the drive through line for over 15 minutes finally ordered and went to the window to pick up. Sat at the window for over 5 minutes watching the employees eat fries out the basket, throw fries and paper objects at eachother, take selfies all while laughing and having a good time while there is a line of cars around the corner all waiting to put in a order. When an employee finally came to the window to hand me my order I realized they got it wrong. I then waited again for an employee to come back to the window to correct my order and give me my drinks that they also forgot to hand me. All this waiting while they are basically having a party behind the register. Finally they came back to the window with an attitude so I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager walks over three employees come over to stand behind her and mock me while I'm telling the manager about my experience, they are laughing and waving at me and mocking their manager while her back is turned. While I do feel the manager was trying to fix the situation she had absolutely no control over her employees they actually laughed even harder at me while I drove away upset. I will not return to this location will either go to the Wendy's by my job or Chick Fil A were I feel like my money is...
Read moreI don't know where all you other reviewers have been going, but it sure isn't here.
This branch has great 99 cent specials -- fresh, tasty; I've stopped going to any other fast food places. I can get a crispy chicken caeser wrap (TWO huge pieces of fried chicken, a flour tortilla, tasty sauce and real lettuce leaf (not teeny flecks), with onion added; a jr cheeseburger deluxe with extra onion and enough tomato, lettuce, and cheese to taste them (which you can't at MacDonald's), a FREE coke because I'm a senior, and a child-sized Frosty because I bought a keyring tag at the beginning of the year for $1 as a donation to Dave's charity. The whole thing costs $2.12 and I don't need to eat anything else that day. The folks are nice; even at rush hour I never wait more than 15 minutes and it's usually more like 1; they do sometimes run out of something late in the day -- I think the owner may be struggling and he sure isn't making any profit off of my orders -- but they are eager to please if you are willing to not sweat the small stuff. For example, when they said they couldn't make the wrap I asked what they had run out of, and they were happy to put it on a...
