Pizza Works — Restaurant in Pittsfield

Until recently each time I come into this establishment I have always given it a five-star rating whether it be because of customer service the taste of the food or them remembering my order however I spend $70 here every week and this week has changed my reading please understand I don't do it lightly when I change the rating it takes a little bit of convincing for me to do so. I came in tonight to pick up my order which involved a party side Pizza a small pizza two pita sandwiches and a small Greek dressing salad we live 45 minutes away so I always order anything especially sandwiches with our dressings on the side as the food gets mushy and soggy before we get home so we apply our dressings when we get home when I ordered the sandwiches I hadn't realized that I was going to get charged $2.50 for a small little container of ranch dressing when I asked about the dressings the man that responded to me said no you ordered one dressing I said no I asked for it on the side and he snapped at me telling me that unless you put it on the sandwich you're not going to get it on the side you're going to pay the $250 a piece so unfortunately after ordering every Friday night from the se establishment we will no longer be doing so I did not appreciate the tone in his voice or how rude he was to me so now we will start looking for a new hole in the Wall restaurant for...

Food is good it used to be sooo great! Sandwiches and grinders used to be packed and they should be if your paying almost ten bucks for a 12 inch now a days I have to pay extra to have the chicken cover the bread on the whole grinder! And don’t even bother placing an online order cuz every single time your order will go through with boxes checked that you didn’t check always saying peppers and extra peppers it happens everytime! Then you’ll get a mean fast talking very rude lady call you to ask you about your order and she’s so rude you can’t even get a word in to explain your order and she doesn’t ever understand what your saying! This place used to be my go to! My very favorite place to order from after this last time I won’t be ordering again this wasn’t just one or two times this is like the sixth or seventh time I’ve had to deal with this same unbelievably rude lady on the phone. Over $30 for a fry a 12 inch and a 9 inch grinder to be delivered. I’ll take my business elsewhere. And to be honest I wouldn’t even care about that lady if the food was the same as it was a year ago their so stingy now they lost my...

Some of their foods are fresh n use some real ingredients but other foods are processed like their chicken palm. If I wanted a fast cooked mean b4 I went out l would make myself a fake processed chicken patty at home, when I go out to eat and expect to treat myself once in awhile on a tight budget, I deserve a real chicken palm with real breaded chicken not frozen processed patties. And yes I do agree with with some of the comments, the waitress/cashier calm be rude and sarcastic, though at times she is nice. Gotta give credit where credit is due. And another thing I think is wrong with the place is when you order a pizza pie and ask for half say pepperoni and half meatball you should only be charged for one topping not two. Unless it's a specialty item like breaded chicken. Any other place should only charge you for one topping unless you got the whole thing with say pepperoni and half meatball then it would be considered...
