Burger King — Restaurant in Pittston

Wish I could put zero stars. Every time I come here late at night... if it's about 15 minutes to closing and you go through the drive through... Don't expect to be able to order. They close early what seems like every time I go with not even a response on the speaker. I've waited up to 5 minutes multiple times. Idk why I though coming inside would be better. Food was poorly put together. How does one manage to get each part of a sandwich so off center that it falls completely apart when you pick it up and every part including the meat cold to the touch. For a premium sandwich mind you (over $6 for just the burger) . The manager didn't know any of the 2 basic prices I asked. Tables as dirty and covered in trash. Floor was sticky and very clearly not clean. Bathrooms....ha.....don't get me started. There was literally feces on the ground in the stall, toilet paper everywhere, urine on the walls, and no toilet paper in sight. Not to mention the flies and bugs all over in the bathroom. I would imagine the kitchen is about the same. I normally would never waste the time to write a review for a fast food chain but this place...

Atrocious service! The heavy set female employee (I think she may have been a manager) working September 3rd around 5PM was extremely belligerent, rude, nasty, and incompetent. First, I was given two ice cold burgers. I brought them back and politely asked for two new hot burgers. But the heavy set female employee/possible manager in question only made one burger which was left up on a shelf, because she misheard her co-worker say 2 burgers and thought he said only 1 burger. So I decided to just politely request my money back. I was met with instant hostility, and was accused of being intoxicated when that couldn’t be further from the truth (I don’t drink). She then tried scamming me out of money (she only gave me back $1), until I told her about it and had to demand the correct amount back. I have gone to this Burger King many times before and never had a problem until today. I will never be back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here unless they want to deal with ice cold food, disgustingly rude attitudes, slanderously false accusations, and employees attempting to scam them out of their hard...

I'm going to call this one average, right now your only option is the drive thru. Ok that's not even an issue. I specifically asked if they still had the big king burger, the employee on drive said yes there 2 for $$$ (can't remember the price). I said ok give me two of them, 2 burgers plain, 2 medium fries and an order of 6 piece nuggets right out of the fryer. Pulled up to the window, the employee very polite. Paid for the order, asked if my fried products were out of the fryer she told me yes, which everything was very hot, and everything was in the bag. Ok, I get home to find out in missing my 2 big king sandwiches. To look on my receipt she never wrong them up? My only critique on this one is for the employees on drive thru should be reading back the orders. Now normally you can see your order as it's being rung up on the screen. Well during my trip there it was not working or I would have caught it. Other then that everything else was good oh and bring back the apple and cherry pies!! Until next review. Be blessed...
