This place Rockedthe old Warehouse look with the high ceilings and wood floors . The walls are partially done so you can see the Old Stone higher up. Something that I always note, bathrooms are super clean here and Tastefully appointed. There are only two in the back and they are unisex. The only thing I'm disappointed in is because this is such a family restaurant there is no changing table in either bathroom. But that's an easy fix. Everything is handicap accessible it's on the first floor easy in and easy out. parking right in front of the restaurant Main Street Pittston. Now let's get to the menu and the food. Large amount of choices. Very hard to pick what you want when everything looks so wonderful. We ended up with the triple Jade dinner for me which came with me so soup which is a seasoned chicken broth . The Triple J consisted of three green vegetables zucchini, snow peas, and broccoli and chicken some prawns and scallops...all of which were steamed to Perfection.Served with rice on the side a dollar more for brown rice. They let you know there is no oil or fat of any kind in this Meal. (Heart and diet healthy) For self seasoning, there was a very strong wonderful soy sauce on the table. This way if you don't want to eat with a lot of salt you don't have to. The dish I had was peppered with slivers of ginger which punched up the taste. The restaurant was out of snow peastoday so they gave me an ample amount of broccoli to make up for it. My partner had the Hibachi dinner with the Hibachi soup and a salad with a flavorful ginger dressing. I had wine and he had a beer pictures of the fill are there. Everything was delicious. Absolute terrible service.. I waited at the door for almost 10 minutes before I had to ask one of the workers if I could get a table. Two employees stood behind the bar and stared at me while I waited. I waited another 10 minutes before one of the workers cleaned a table for me to sit at. I ordered my whole order at once because I had a feeling no one would wait on me. This became true.. I ordered sushi rolls, sake, and water. I received my sake and water pretty quick. Drank both drinks and waited another 25 minutes before I had to ask for service. I watched 3 waitresses walk by me at least 25 times and no one even ask if I needed anything. Let me get this straight. It was 9:00pm and the place was basically dead... The food was good, but not worth the hassle or wait. I counted 10 workers on staff at the time of my dining experience. Cold food and poor service. Eight of us were dining that night. Five of us ordered hibachi dishes which were cold and the food mediocre. The food was reheated, but it was served again barely warm and the plates were a mess. The other three in our group enjoyed their meal which were mostly sushi rolls and sashimi. Very nice waitress, but she was inattentive and left the dirty dishes to pile up through the entire meal. There literally was no room for the entrees when they were served. We had to stack dirty dishes to make room and the servers still didn't clear them. I was so excited to be dining at Fuji again after missing it for 3 years. ...
