Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pittston

By far the best Dunkin with quality tasting coffee between Scranton & Wilkes barre. BUT, and I don’t mean to be ignorant, it’s so disappointing to see the night crew working. Especially in the morning when I’m almost guaranteed to get what I’m paying for. I spend so much money here, happily! Until my coffees suck. I’ve noticed the morning shift just cares and makes the product how it’s ordered. Night shift simply doesn’t care & put little effort in everything they make, they do it to get it over with. Eventually I’ll just stop attempting to take the chances at a decent coffee and save myself the frustration and couple of dollars. And it’s more frustrating because I’ve finally found a Dunkin with GOOD quality coffee and not wet filter tasting or store bought cold brew tasting, like the other surrounding Dunkin’s. I’ve worked at Dunkin, it could be tiring I know but also I worked at Dunkin lol so I know!! Too bad we can’t just purchase the flavor syrups!! I’d be happy to make my own coffees and not gamble my money on morning shift or night shift...

The pittston dunkun attached to the gas station is a joke.. always out of items because they don't back order,, always slow and talking with eachother instead of working. It's a joke there. They are all over the place. Always get orders wrong. I've been going there everyday once or twice a day, ordering the same thing for 8 months since I moved here, and STILL they get my coffee wrong every single time. The coffee and donuts are always fresh. The service leaves a lot to be desired. On more than one occasion, I have been given the incorrect change, (not enough change), I believe it to be because it was 3 cents one time and 2 another. How do you accurately balance your cash drawer? Another issue with the service is if you order a drink and in my case donut, they hand you the drink and then ask if you ordered something else.
