I don’t know why the pharmacist “Bob” had to be so rude to me when I called in to ask about my antibiotic and breathing medication (not like I need it to be able to breathe or anything) I had my 6 month old on my hip while calling and he was grabbing at my phone and apparently hit the prompt for being a provider. Needless to say when mr bob got on the phone he proceeded to berate me because I was rude enough to not be a doctor using the doctors line to get to a pharmacist quicker than a normal customer. He proceeded to go off on me for half a minute saying “ I know you know this is a doctors line and shouldn’t be using it yada yada before I even had a chance to tell him that it was my 6 month old who had accidentally hit the prompt. Then proceeded to tell me my doctor didn’t send anything in ( which I watched her do from her computer 2.5 hours earlier) and he told me I don’t know what to tell you call them back. Oh and I did call them back - to change pharmacies. (I won’t be using that branch again) everytime me, my husband or kids need a script they always tell me they are three days behind with prescriptions and have to call and wait on hold for at least a half hour or more before telling someone it’s emergent to get a particular script filled.
