If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an awful experience!!! I ordered 12pc wings & immediately noticed a wing that barley had any meat on it When I returned to the store & explained my problem to the young lady at the cash register. She asked me how many wings did I ordered I answered 12 thatās when she decided to touch my wings and count them one by one while putting the wings on the other side of the tray now mind you she had gloves on but handled other customers money with the same gloves! After she counted the wings she tells me the wing that had more bone then meant was an extra wing and then handed me back my platter of wings I asked her for another batch of wings and she act as if I offended her because I didnāt want to eat food that she touched all over she literally tried to argue with me and refuse to get me more wings Someone from the back came to the front and I explained to him the situation he said he will get me more wings but the young lady continued to be disrespectful & kept the convo going with her coworkers while looking at me making these ugly faces. She was very unprofessional and wasnāt told by her workers to stop trying to agg the situation on even thought Iāve stayed silent after I was told that Iāll get more wings. I will personally never order from this particular restaurant after I endured rude customer service she really thought in her mind she could touch over someone food with dirty gloves & then expect me to be ok with what she did in that case she could have asked me to count the wings in front of her what was the point of her asking how many wings I ordered of she was going to count them herself in...

We got the delivery and the pizza did not have banana peppers on it. We called, they said they would remake the pizza and send it out shortly, and to not touch the pizza that was here and the delivery driver would take it back to the store. No problem. After waiting for 2 HOURS! we finally called and asked where the pizza was. They said the delivery driver went home for the night and they weren't going to remake our food or give us a refund for the order and to call back once again the next day to have the order remade. So today we called and they REFUSED to refund the order or remake it and to call the customer service for a refund. They were extremely rude, will NEVER order from there again. After we WAITED ALL NIGHT thinking our food was being remade and delivered. Disgusting customer service. If I'm paying $22 for a pizza I expect there to be everything that I paid for to be on it. (Which I was not driving all the way back) Or she could put a credit on my Pizza Hut account for when I order again. The credit was for $10. When I asked why can't you just refund that to my credit card, because Idk when I will be coming there again. She said they can only refund $6??? WHAT?? sorry, but idk how you come up with that total when you were just going to give me $10 back, which is how much the 1 pizza was. Any management could have override that! Then she tells me, I will get to it soon. Never again! Smh whoever took over this pizza chain, will eventually go out of business. This is very unprofessional, and not how you handle your customers...
