Where to begin...I've worked customer service and I've worked fast food. I know that during busy situations things can fall through the cracks. That said, this was not the situation today. I was doing a food run for work today and stopped by this Carl's Jr to grab an order. It was simple. #2 superstar with cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no mayo. I repeated this order twice. When it was rung up on the screen, they also took off the pickels which I was okay with, if it made the order simpler to make. What I received was a Superstar, no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, with mayo, ketchup, and onions, and it was cold. The sheer lack of care today is appalling. It was not busy, it was not a rushed order, I did not have them adjust anything after the ring up. It was simply not done. The employees today, did not care about the order, or me, or my experience. That's it. They were attentive and quick so laziness is not the issue, it was just a simple lack of care. I didn't even recieve a receipt. 1 out of 10 would...
Read moreExtremely rude, petty and spiteful. I tried to confirm the order at the drive thru and I was met with hostility. They intentionally gave me the wrong drink, undercooked poppers, and I didn't check the burger at that point I wasn't taking the risk of a foreign substance because how dare I confirm and specify my order. I'm not sure how in less than a decade the wages have doubled and the standards have been cut in half. The shift lead then began to pretend to be the manager and flex a fake made up salary that wasn't in line with what the company advertises. Fought me the entire way getting a refund and tried making their crippling incompetence my problem while they brag about their money.(even though I make over twice that) Absolutely beyond disgusting behavior. On a side note, I worked here a very long time ago and the chicken was always kept on shelves that were covered in mold. Health inspectors...

I know some fat & cartilage is considered within margin of error for chicken.. but really? More than 1/3 of my sandwich defaulted to a BLT.. and I'm NOT a huge tomato fan.. and even if I was the TOMATOES were lopsided solid green discs! WTaF?!?
BTW, this was my last chance to eat for the next 200 miles is as I grabbed this at the Primm, NV location just before hopping on the I-15 South desert run to SoCal. So yeah, we're ALL lucky I didn't pass out from malnourishment on that long stretch of desert highway.. hop the median.. and plow head-on into a caravan of kids on their way to camp at Area 51👽 That was the only reason I could quickly think of that kids would be traveling en masse on I-15 North ;P
