I stop by ince every two months or so when visiting a friend at the apartment across the street. The oizza has never taken long from order to packaged up and a few times I have had the slice there. Most of the time the place has a good number of families and is a bit loud for my tastes but today, today was an exception.

Today, my friend and I came in made an order for there and sat down. A nice young man came over and wiped our table asked if we wanted drinks... I asked what they had and he worked the front so he set the bartender overall. He had the patience of a saint and repeated everything twice or more (old people never hear things the first time ) and even made some recommendations. I didn't like the IPA and he.said not a problem and replaced it. .. the oizza ce out in about 15 minutes but it seemed quicker to us.

The pizza was great, but I always think that, and the beer was nice too. Marcos kept checking back on us and even asked if wanted one of the tvs on another channel.

I am posting this because we noticed the reviews for this place after we got there and thoughtaybe we just never noticed the time and service Well, we paid close attention and watched everyone else and it seemed consistent. I am not sure what happened to the folks with bad reviews but maybe they should try it again because I have not had a bad pizza or bad service or even a bad experience with other clientele. .. I highly recommend this place and if try it and still don't like it, let me know and I will come back to check. .. any excuse for good pizza...

Great food..I order once a month..BUT I have had problems signing up online to get the discounts from being a frequent customer. I attempted first about 6mos ago and asked the manager back then also the delivery people and even tried asking online on the website, and received no help. Finally I gave up but still ordered from Pepz because it was convenient and good food. This time I ordered delivery and it changed my mind all together when I decided to give asking again a try. A gentleman at Placentia location on Sunday 9-28-14 @2pm was extremely rude and besides saying he didn't know, he goes on to say he never goes online so doesn't even know how to check and tells me he doesn't know what to do. I understand how it is being new at a place so I ask saying no problem and is there at least a manager I can talk to and find out further information. He rudely responds that he was the manager and do I still want to order or not!..Very Rude Customer service!. I do know Pepz is a franchise so I am not going to give no stars to the company or food itself but as far as the service I have received from this location I will not be returning! Delivery person was nice and told me the managers name was Marcos..so whoever the owner is might want to consider further training for the manager or further action. This was an experience that would turn any future...
