Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Placentia

I get this location is new and I should give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I went in yesterday and today and while waiting I was not even acknowledged. The waiting monitor showed my food was ready yet I waited 5 minutes before having to get ANYONE's attention to figure out where my food was. This was both yesterday and today.

This was also the first location I've experienced that skimped out on the fries. Fries didn't even fill fry box with 5 pieces of fries inside. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper and was given Diet Coke.

I might give this place another try but it might be worth just driving to the Tustin location.

Y'all need to do better, new location is...

This is the second issue I encountered. The first one I didn't do anything about it, I figured it was their first week and it was crowded. Today I went through the drive through again and got the wrong order again!!!! I called and they don’t answer, left a message but nothing yet. I got Korey’s order I believe he was next to me because I did hear his name when the guy asked him for it 🤦🏻‍♀️ plus the line...

The interior was very modern and clean, it may be the best looking Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to so far. The fries were freshly fried and the chicken sandwich was beyond perfect. The core highlight of my visit was the amazing servers such as Miss Pattie and Christian. They were constantly checking up on tables and asking if they needed any assistance. I would definitely recommend this...
