Although the sky tubes are gone, al arcade games appear to be running and up in good working condition. I was so surprised at the amazing friendly attitude of all the workers that went above and beyond what was required of their jobs.
Just to highlight, Kaitlyn Scarlet and another female hard worker who was on duty were extremely attentive and friendly. My daughter kept hugging them and we had an overall blast!
Extremely attentive and surprisingly now clean that the sky tubes are removed. One major reason for the removal was due to the sky tubing cleaning was often time ignored or impossible to clean properly after they had been in place for over 20 years. It's interior required an update according to corporate so it will stick with times.
The animatronics will be leaving eventually for a remodel of an open kitchen for a fresh modern look. With the removal of the sky tubes comes a fresh more hygienic establishment.
I grew up going to this Chuck E Cheese, so it's no wonder that I love it so much! I drive super far just to go to this one, I miss it!
Every time I've ever entered this Chuck E Cheese I'm always amazed at the incredible service at this location. The workers here are always so pleasant and quick to assist with purchases at the front counter.
Don't be expecting hand crafted artisanal stuff here. It's very basic but children love basic so that's what makes Chuck E Cheese so perfect for children.
This Chuck e cheese's location really has kicked it up a notch! The tables are literally sparkling compared to other Chuck E Cheese locations I've been to. Although the cotton candy machine I've yet to see them actually use. Regardless of this all the workers are very friendly and always happy to help!
The machines here are well maintained, I've been a client of this Chuck E Cheese since I was a child, they have definitely updated the inside quite a bit with tons of new updated floor machines for the kids to play with.
The playpen is your standard Chuck E cheese tubes with your slide and play area, no shoes allowed.
This location is just off of Rose in Placentia. The people here are always...
Read moreWe recently celebrated my daughterâs 3rd birthday at Chuck E. Cheese with 25 kids and 35 adults, and overall, it was a great experience. The kids had a blast, and the food was exceptionally goodâfar better than I expected for a place like this! Everything was well-organized, and my daughter and her friends had an amazing time playing games and running around.
However, there were a couple of issues that took away from the experience. The show was underwhelmingâthe speaker volume was too low, making it hard to hear, and Chuck E. himself didnât do much besides giving high-fives to the birthday stars. Not a huge deal, but it definitely couldâve been more engaging.
The biggest disappointment was the staff member assigned to the trampoline area. We were fully aware that socks were required, and while one child accidentally went in without them, the way the employee handled the situation was completely unnecessary. Instead of addressing it calmly, he made a huge deal out of itâeven after we explained that the parent was literally at the register purchasing socks at that moment.
Even worse, this same staff member was extremely rude to a parent whose child is autistic, which was unacceptable and upsetting to witness. Every child deserves to have a great time, and the way he handled the situation was unprofessional and lacked basic kindness.
Despite this, the party itself was fun, the food was fantastic, and most of the staff did a great job keeping things running smoothly. If Chuck E. Cheese improves their staff trainingâespecially in handling situations with more patience and understandingâthis would have been a...
Read moreThe manager, Joseph, truly deserves a raise. Despite dealing with challenging situations, including frequently annoying and intense demanding interactions of these cheap parents, he consistently handles his responsibilities with professionalism and a positive attitude. His exceptional execution of managerial duties is commendable, and he would be a value asset to any team. Clearly, Chuck E. Cheese doesnât.
It is evident, however, that this store is facing staffing shortages. With the addition of the Ninja Zone attraction, it appears Chuck E. Cheese expects the entire store to be managed with just 3-4 employees, thatâs including the manager. This operational decision places undue pressure on employees and reflects poorly on district management; along with corporate. While cost-saving measures are understandable, overburdening staff leads to higher turnover rates and significantly diminishes employee morale. Which will cost the company more in the long run. Maybe not money, but a horrible reputation will precede those stores.
The hardworking staff deserve better support and recognition from their district. Itâs disappointing to see corporate decision-makers benefit from profits while the on-ground employees struggle to maintain operations. Chuck E. Cheese must prioritize fair labor practices and employee well-being to foster a more sustainable and productive work...
