Group Therapy — Restaurant in Placentia

the place has a great name, they recently had a turnover of personal which is a mix bag,...showed up after work for a cold one, was all good till shift change, I was watching some playoff baseball and just chilling then this bartender (won't mention names) showed up with the worst attitude, all grumpy and upset for who knows what.....try to say hello and be friendly...,she said she was tired.....cool but is nobody's fault,...I had a lord day my self and was just trying to chill and watch the dodgers, but NOO bartender was moody to put it nicely......this place don't even have a good set-up or offer food or snacks, except chips, they don't really have a great choice of liquor....and then I have to deal with attitude...no way...great name...

It was about 11 months ago I came here on a Thursday night and it just so happened it was Karaoke night, what a great find!! In the 11 months since that first visit I have missed maybe 5 or 6 Thursday Night Karaokes at Group Therapy Pub...every Thursday i always cross paths with a great group of patrons, a friendly, quick, and extremely hospitable bartender...whoot whoot Krissy!! :) ..and an incredibly talented, engaging, fun KJ in Spider Mike!! If you have never been to Group Therapy Pub, I would highly recommend visiting on a Thursday night between 9 PM and close, and I promise, you won't be dissapointed.... you night even sing a song or...

I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. Writing this review same day 11/08. Here to watch the stand up. Aside from that this place is the worst with the bartender (do t know her name) she has fake lips with tattoos is the worst person ever. She had the worst attitude ever. She begs for tips even tho she gives the worst service. If she does not receive a tip she will get upset and talk down on you to other people and yell to everyone that I don’t tip trying to publicly shame me. It did not work since I don’t tip for terrible service. I don’t recommend you come here better off going somewhere else and I will not be returning myself....
