I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! I can't believe the way I was just treated here today. I've been going to Rosa's Pizza since Valencia High school 34 years ago, ever since the original family owned it before the Asian family ran it. Back when the two brothers ran the place this was a repretable restaurant. I bet if either of the brothers would have been there today they would have been totally appalled for the way I was treated, the bothers know me and remember me and have always treated me with nothing but respect. The youngsters that work there now need a lesson or two in customer service. 34 years I've been going to this place and after the way I was treated today I will never go back again!!! Aside from the horrible customer service if you want the honest truth about this place, it is so beat down and ran into the ground, the whole place from the chairs, to the tables, the floors and don't even get me started about the restrooms, just raunchy and so filthy it's disgusting I shouldn't be eating there anyway I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like if I was to go back there and look I'm suprised the health department even lets this place stay open. There hasn't been anything done to the place at least as long as I've been going there 34 years. What happened today was totally unprofessional and they just lost a customer...
Read moreI remember how it used to look back when I attended Valencia High in 1992. When I went back a little more than 3 months ago, I was surprisingly shocked to see that it looked almost the same some 30+ years later. I wish I came back to a thriving business, but I also noticed a lot of the businesses that were once there before covid were either gone or had relocated. Rosa's Pizza has been a staple in Placentia man since I was in elementary school. And I for one would love to see them become a thriving business like it was back then. It was always packed on the weekends with people, eating, having drinks and watching sports. During the week, high school students and faculty would come in, order a slice and a drink and head back to school. I would love to see them upgrade a lot of things I saw run down. The ceiling, floors, get some new televisions, a few more games and seating. Places like Rosa's should be a place for the community to hang out with friends and family. I hope people will see this and want to help them out. Bring in the city and the community together to revive all the small businesses that have been a long time family owned business and want to help them thrive for a long time into the future. Rosa's is still some of the best pizza in town. I look forward to visiting again the next time I'm...
Read moreI came here based on higher rated reviews vs the surrounding competition and I have to say I was disappointed. For starters, a 12" pizza with 3 toppings should not cost $20 unless it's absolutely mind-blowing; this one was decent, but not memorable. If I'm going to pay restaurant entree prices, I'd also expect the furnishings and ambiance of the establishment to match. The chairs and tables at Rosa's look like they came from a high school cafeteria and the wall decor didn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to it. A TV was on in Spanish, confusing me even more in an Italian restaurant.. I had to request for a cup of extra sauce since there didn't appear to be more than a very thin layer on the dough. That being said, the marinara was good quality when I got enough of it to compliment the pizza. This might be a good place to come if you're ordering for a large family or group, but for an individual it did not meet...
