As a former Starbucks employee and also having been a regular customer for the past ten years, this location has very poor quality product. The product is not consistent. Also, most espresso beverages do not even have an espresso/coffee taste. It tastes watered down and artificial. I used to get a venti iced espresso beverage and about 75% of space is taken up by ice. The rest is watered down espresso. It is certainly not worth the $7. I would rather get the jug of Starbucks coffee at the grocery store. Tastes better.
I'd also like to add that when I was going here frequently, there were so many occasions in which they were randomly closed for the day.
The location and set up of the drive thru is not efficient and has turned into a safety hazard with the increased population. There is no room for the cars in the line to reasonably go if there are more than two cars waiting to have their order taken at the electronic set up. In one direction, you are blocking off cars on the main road from turning into the parking lot. If you line up in the other direction, you are blocking parked cars from leaving. I assume they must be aware of this because they give high priority to the drive thru. I've ordered inside the establishment multiple times thinking it would be quicker than waiting in the drive thru line. It is not crowded inside, yet it takes a very unreasonably long amount of time to get your drink. When I used to work at Starbucks many many years ago, if we took that long to get an order out, we were supposed to give the customer a free drink card with it and apologize for the wait.
I have overall wanted to distance myself from Starbucks and this Starbucks location has certainly sealed the deal. Tired of still seeing their gay rainbow gear and DEI agenda. We came on Saturday 1-26-19...
The place was busy...but here is my issue.
It took over 20 minutes for us to get our drinks.
It was busy...but there were employee s in the back talking...only one guy with tattoos making the drinks. He was getting so frustrated...because...the person who was supposed to be sticking the stuff apparently was not doing his or her job...I saw him have to refill the match a powder...the milk...the tea...he had to walk in the back 3 times to refill items he was out of...everything he reached for...was out...all while people in the back were talking. There was 1 girl on register and 1 at drive through.
I felt so sorry for the guy making the drinks...I should have taken a video...

The place was a mess..garbage on the floor...I saw drinks being poured out because they were made wrong...3 just in the time I was there...
There were like 20 stickers waiting to get drinks filled...and it was not until I was there 15 minutes...until the others came out to help...I even told another customer...who asked me how long i was waiting...i told him my wait was over 20 minutes...he better pull up a chair.
When we got our drinks...my mom and I got vinte green tea ..Frappuccino....my brother vinte iced carmel macchiato...and his wife vinte...berry shaken iced tea I believe...she wanted peach..but they were out. The Frappuccinos were not good...my mom was so sad...she looked at me and said it was gross...over 20 dollars down the drain...we could not go back and complain...it already took 20 minutes to get our drinks...
Never again will I go to this location...they need a new manager...I have never been to a starbucks that was this bad...ever...it was...
