Purchased a zero turn lawnmower for $6500 plus extended warranty approximately 1.5 years ago. Within the time of the first mowing the unit starting missing on one cylinder. I called this tractor supply and was told it is a warranty item. First mechanic shop the warranty sent it to tried to blame me for the wrong motor oil. I hadnāt changed the oil it had one hour running on it. They changed the oil and sent it back. Mower ran good for ten minutes when I received the mower. Now we are on the fourth mechanic shop and have never had a good running mower. Now it is discovered the carburetor is rusted internally. Mechanic says itās from water in fuel so warranty will not pay. I bought a new gas can for this mower and keep it in a sealed cabinet in a shed with no leaks. Iāve been able to get approximately four hours run time in 1.5 years and tractor supply from the beginning was no help. O and the extended factory warranty I paid for is not an extended factory warranty. I will and have not shopped here again. I suggest you donāt buy any high priced mechanical items here.
2024 Update, the mower has been to the mechanic shop four times with no luck until this last mechanic. The mechanic was once again going to send it back saying they canāt find anything. The mower only ran good for the first short time when purchased before fouling plugs over and over. I requested the mechanic rebuild the carburetor. When they opened the carburetor it was rusted from water and after the rebuild the mower finally runs good. The mechanic blamed the water on us so the warranty coverage wouldnāt cover the work. We paid cash for the work and shipment. Now the mower runs like a new mower. We know even if everyone blames us that we bought a mower with an internal water rusted carburetor from tractor supply. I see the post two months ago to call and discuss it but we did they many times. Thatās how we found out the tractor supply sales pitch about any issues they would take care of became sorry we canāt help call...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRecently purchased a Countyline 25 ton log splitter from the Placerville, CA, store at an exceptional price. Took it home, gased it up, followed all the instructions for first time start and the engine would not start. I spent half an hour trying to start this thing and finally gave up. Hooked it back up to my truck, hauled it 30 miles back to the Placerville store where I bought it and told them this thing doesn't work. A gentelman named Steve took control of my issue and tried his best to start the engine and it was still a no-go. Steve called for help from other employees and they proceeded to put a new unit together for me and took about half an hour to get it done. Steve then wanted to start the engine to make sure it worked, cycled the hydraulics to see it works, too, and asked me if I was satisfied. Told him, "You betcha". Hauled it home and it's working perfectly now.
My issue is not not with the quality control of Countyline log splitters (all manufacturere's have an acceptable failure rate), but the customer service Steve provided me with my issue was over the top and I can't applaud him enough for his dedication to customer satisattion.
I want to make it clear that Steve is an exeptional employee and and asset to your business. Because of Steve's personal and professional concern to my issue I will continue purchasing from your store.

I have had problems before so I made sure I put in my preferences of free delivery and my zip code. Well low and behold part of my order was transposed to a pick up and the other part was transferred to a completely different TSC in Rancho Murrietaā¦..āwait what?ā Upon conversation with TSC in Placerville they had no idea what was going on and told me to call the customer service numberā¦. Well they had no idea eitherā¦.. the first gal on the CS line just had NO idea but the second was able to cancel the whole order⦠what a āsh&@t showā Anyway the best part of this mess was the driver Will from Placervilleā¦.. he was the absolute best and got me a new order with everything I needed. He was just the absolute best guy and made everything good in the world again!!!! Just canāt wait till EDH store opens so I just donāt have to go...
