a lot of employees at this location have zero personality. They can't make a chocolate banana shake for the life of them. Then they get upset with me because the chocolate shake looks and tastes vanilla and then they have to make another one because I touched it already. So then in order for me to get something chocolate banana I have to get a banana split with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup. Whipped cream is included sometimes they add a lot sometimes they barely put three little dollops. Overpriced and slow service. I've been going here for 3 years but I'm probably not going back after this summer.

On warm evenings, there is always a line of cars at the drive-up window, and the shop usually has a line. The staff of teen girls work their butts off to get everyone served, so it is more a matter of a convenient location that draws crowds.

The ice cream (soft serve, not scooped) is fine, with plenty of options. There aren't any tables or chairs, so many people eat in their cats in the lot or on the grass. This works fone since it closes in winter.

I do wish the drive-up menu speaker worked. For as many years as I have gone there, you have to place the order at the same window you pay and pick up at. As a result, they cannot get a head start on the next car's order even if 10 staffers are inside with no inside customers and a line of...

We just moved to the area and wanted to try our local DQ so we went here and had a bad first experience with our shortcake being hard and stale in our strawberry shortcakes but gave them the benefit of doubt and tried it again tonight and my husband’s cone was stale he couldn’t even eat it and everyone knows that’s the best part , it’s very disappointing and we are going to have to find somewhere else to go...
