I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times, and the last couple times haven’t been that great.
I was there on Wednesday, April 2nd, and ordered a simple Venti Caramel Frapp w/ extra Caramel. After waiting in the drive through for roughly 15min, I got my drink, and about half way home I realized it was a Caramel Ribbon Crunch instead, with whipped cream on the bottom of the drink, and barely any Frappuccino.
Very disappointed with this location, not sure if the barista was confused or something, the drive thru barista even made sure multiple times that the order was correct on the screen, and repeated my order at the window.
I used to work at Starbucks for seven years, I understand mistakes happen. But, this should be corrected, and I should receive the beverage I asked for. I was going to stop at the Starbucks on 126th and Rt 59 to have them fix it, but it’s not their problem.

Read moreStopped by today requesting 2 lge ice waters & a pup cup & was informed that I must purchase something on the menu to get the waters. The cheapest item was a grande coffee over $3.00. I asked if there was just a price for these items and the staff member told me there wasn't so I paid over $3 for a little bit of whipped cream and 2 large cups of ice water that was likely tap water. If you are ever destitute and just need a cup of water, don't stop at Starbucks. I thought the lawsuit regarding purchasing items and using the facilities would've been enough for Starbucks to do better, but clearly it wasn't! After I nicely explained to them that I won’t be able to drink a steaming hot latte on a 90 degree day (literally walked there), they remake it for me. Now, as an ex Starbucks barista, I can tell the difference between their blonde roast and decaf espresso roasts at first sip. I had to go up to them a third time to order a blonde shot of espresso, and seconds later I hear one of the baristas over the headset say “haha that’s so funny, usually they don’t even notice”.
