I'm a loyal customer of this place for years. Not only the food is great but the owner who prepares it is an incredible human being. If Optimystik Thawtz would have realized the owner is in fact Spanish, fronCosta Rica. And yes he is of lighter skin but not Caucasian or racist. His home fries aren't only delicious but he always makes a zigzag pattern with ketchup on them. It's sad to see some one post a comment without actually speaking to the owner or staff. This small restaurant is a definite hidden gem in Plainfield! The menu is extensive with delicious breakfast, lunch and early dinner food and beverage choices. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable and service is fast and friendly. The dining area is neat and clean with plenty of well spaced tables, including counter stool seating.
