Do not use CATERING services OR ORDER FOR ANY EVENT. I ordered 3 cheese pasta, chicken, beef, salad and pizza.

I placed a catering order directly with a hostess and the owner for Christmas party 2 weeks in advance. The night of my party no food was delivered at 7:45 the scheduled delivery time. I waited until 8:05 and called the restaurant. They told me i was supposed to pick up the order. That is ridiculous and impossible. I recorded the order conversation that clearly indicated delivery/ordered items/included serving items. At 8:45 they finally delivered. The food was barely warm, wrong pasta dish delivered, chicken overcooked/dry, soggy salad from sitting in a hear lamp or something, 1 pizza not delivered, no utensils or plates/napkins etc provided as promised. I called to try to speak to Manager/Owner three days but I was given the run around didn’t/don’t want to talk to me to remedy the situation. My guests were grouchy/disappointed. Very unprofessional . The last person I spoke to said there is nothing they can do. I do not recommend ordering anything for an event. No process to ensure accurate delivery of items and management will not correct problems. I still have not received a return call from the...

The pizza was good/not great. I ordered 2 18" pizzas one with two toppings. I had a coupon offering dough nuggets and a 2lt of soda free if you ordered an 18" with two toppings. The lady that took my order gave me a total and said that the cost of the two free items would be taken off after the coupon was turned in. I sent two of my adult children to pick up the pizzas. I gave them cash to pay. They returned and said mom you got a discount for paying cash. I thought great. The next day, I looked at my receipt. I got $9 off my order, but the price of the dough nuggets and soda were not taken off. The price of those together would have been $14 off my order. I asked my kids if they turned in the coupon. They said yes. I called to question this. The lady that answered angrily transferred me to a manager, I think. I explained all of this. He told me that they did not have a coupon that offered both of those items free. I thought boy I must have miss read that. Well I got a flyer in the coupon pack that comes in the mail and the coupon does offer both for free. We don't order from Rosati's very often and I won't be ordering...

Called here Tuesday afternoon to order dinner for my family while ordering the person on the phone would barley listen to anything I said , while trying to add the 1 free cheese pizza with order of a large pizza and he just kept saying “you’re getting 1 topping” and after 10mins of trying to explain that I wanted the cheese pizza promotion he claimed it was applied , when my pizzas arrived I was not given my cheese pizza and both pizzas were overdone and dry as a cracker! when I called back to try and get it the phone was answered by an extremely rude women who tried to make excuses and claimed it was my fault that I did receive the pizza because I did not say I wanted it even though I spent 10minutes trying to get that promotion added in the original phone call all I asked for was to receive the 12” cheese pizza in their promotion , if you want to be treated with respect and actually receive what you ordered eat somewhere else because the staff here does not care about you or how they treat you what’s so ever DO NOT...
