Tasty food! Other isses: Extra hair, overcharged & disrespected, kindly, by a staff member may cost them loyal customers of almost 20 yrs. American service ethics have to be abided by in THIS country. She cared about Victor more than us. He would have done right by us. She did not and we may not return bc of this, which makes me very, very sad. I should be nauseated by the hair that was not mine, that went down my throat. I was more offended by them jacking the bill in two areas and refusing to correct it or let us speak to the owner bc he was cooking. The customer comes first. They customer is always right in this country, where they live and work. I told her it was illegal. She did nothing. It was not done by our waitress but by a woman that works there that doesn't not understand or respect the ethics of the country she works in. That is wrong and needs to change. The waitress suffered bc of her coworkers bad judgement, which is not right either, but she left us no other choice, since she refused to correct thier error. I should have been comped a meal bc of the hair. I didn't complain about it and had every right to. But you can't jack a price on the bill not reflected on the menu and not approved ahead of time. La verdad una terrible experiencia la comida malisima cobran como que fuera un Restaurant de lujo a parte cuánto nos pasan la factura para pagar no traen factura sino un recibo ojo autoridades están cobrando taxes sin facturas seguro no tienen permisos para realizar este tipo de negocio gente no les recomiendo una mala presencia la verdad fuimos porque nos Recomendaron pero ahí no vuelvo muy malo malo lo siento por los dueños pero las Cosas hay que hacer correcto el señor dice q en su país daban así recibo pero le dijimos que nos extienda una factura porque si cobra TAX tiene q ser factura dijo q no tiene q no sabía los q es factura hahaha autoridades hagan inspecciones . It was okay... I ordered fish fried with rice, French fries and salad with chicken soup .... Didn't like the soup...
