Carlito's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Plainview

I'm an over the road semi truck driver; I was driving around looking for a small mom and pop type restaurant, because I like to support small businesses whenever possible. The only thing on the menu that seemed appealing was the all you can eat tacos for 7.99. The food was absolutely huge, but had zero flavor, I mean nothing not even salt or pepper, and while the quantity was certainly phenomenal value for money, the quality was fairly lackluster. The service was not the greatest after my food was initially dropped off, I had an empty cup for over 10 minutes, and although it was said to be all I can eat tacos I was not asked if I'd like more (I didn't but wasn't even asked). My experience@Carlito's beginning w/ the service was a 2 of 10. From the moment I entered the greeting wasn't@all welcoming. I'm not a meat - dairy consumer which i stated to the hostess/waitress. I also let her know that I was in Search of a hearty meal that would stay w/me,i.e, satify my hunger. Her suggestion was a bean & cheese nacho which was poorly prepared in an oversized cardboard pizza which I was charged .50 to carry out.. The nacho was majority salad(tomatoes & lettuce($2.99) ALOT OF cheese & very little beans. Needless to say,I was disappointed to pay a ticket that began@7.69 & ended@$15.&change.. WORST food ever!! I have never ate "Mexican" food as bad as I did today! The food tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave, their "nachos" are taco shells with melted cheese, the drinks were flatter than tires, and the service SUCKED! You are better off going to a fast food place! Oh and they over charge way to much for their shitty food be prepared to pay almost $3 for a refill!!!
