Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Plainville

Wesley & crew in Plainville are amazing! I work in Mansfield and called the local JM to see if they could work with my corporate budget for an event I needed catered. The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) I'll be doing all my catering through Plainville Jersey Mikes from now on! Talk to you soon...

Worst experience yet. Came down to get a sandwich that was supposed to be ready 15-20min ago by now. Standing inside right up at the counter for a solid 10 minutes with nobody so much as saying hello to me. Place looks filthy, staff seem disorganized and confused. Need either training or a manager to stand here and regulate them. I had to literally ANNOUNCE myself. Nobody gave me service first without me having to finally be rude for once and say "excuse me? I'm picking up?"

Get better staff, train them better, and manage them better because this place is a slow moving, messy, disorganized disaster. 🙏 I have never seen a more disgusting Jersey Mike's before and I've been to COUNTLESS Mike's chains during rush hour.

Worst awful dirty went in they said no manager then a young kid said he was close to one named Eric told him a sandwich wrong made he said he would remake then he got the size wrong made another half handed me the sandwich then said did u pay I said pay for what I gave me sandwich and u now ask he asked for it back then he said he could throw it away laughed and said he didn't care if I called and complained are u kidding he would rather throw it out after he made it and said he was remaking me it and handed it to me wow what a waste who does this excerpt young rude unprofessional kids pretending to be a manager remember pretending because he was not one admitted to it tho thought it was funnier to throw it away how do u have this awful...
