Went to the store today and my oh my; the customer service and coffee selections are out of this world. Thank you to Justin for my first pour over with the coffee selection of "Fit Fuel"; first time ever having this type of process done. The difference is incredible in taste; well worth the 5-minute wait time and I appreciate Justin for letting me know of the elongated process before finalizing the order. After tasting the smooth and caffeinated delicious drink of the gods I decided to up the ante and go for a second new flavor. In comes Amanda with her personalized recommendations of Lava Panther and finally selling me on Escape Goat (great recommendation, Amanda!) their brew of the day; naturally I had to get the pour over because you just can't go back to drip after that. Cameron took care of my pour over for Escape Goat and the process was perfectly done. Tasting all the flavors with the perfect amount of caffeine made each sip taste like Freedom and BBQ. Other thank You's to Cameron for the great conversation; just a few minutes talking with this gentleman, and you feel like you've known him forever. Cameron is great to converse with and this can be said about all the staff at this location. Always providing above and beyond customer service and recommendations for all your BRCC needs.

P.S: Thank you for the great conversation and QC from both off-duty supervisor for the store and another BRCC management member. When management is around and happy to interact with customers along with taking pride in the quality of their stores, it says a lot about the brand.

For reasons like this and much more I would glad drive the extra 10 to 20 plus miles for a BRCC food & beverage product than any other...

Location: It's right off the 75 fwy and the lot right after Office Depot. Ample parking. (Plano, Texas location)

Ambience: Welcoming atmosphere & great interior. There's more than enough seats and lighting around with wooden tables for 4, bar top style & a small couch. Note, chairs are wood, so not the most comfortable seating for hourly long study.

Service: Probably the best service yet in the hospitality industry in DFW and that's saying a lot. Cashier welcomes questions, samples & takes the time to understand what your flavor of preference are. The best feeling is when the they're genuinely interested in your questions & how they can suggest the best flavor for you. "First time I've written a lot for just the service." Kudos to the team.

What I ordered...

*Hero Beverage Section: Iced Liberty Bell: 4 Stars. Notes of Vanilla & Caramel. This drink was pretty sweet for me, so may need to dial it back for that just right taste. Side note: They do double shots of espresso, so more caffeine for you. You can always ask to reduce the amount of espresso.

Overall, a great experience & would recommend anyone that loves coffee to swing by. They offer an assortment of Whole Beans & Ground Beans. See picture of flavors. SYOY for the next adventure!

From the moment I parked my car and saw the beautiful signage to the unique doors, I knew this was going to be a coffee experience to remember. Walking in I felt at home, a store that is not only clean but beautifully curated for everything you need. From retail to lounging, to-go beverages/snackable, and of course the replenishment of some damn fine coffee. From the moment I walked in the door Mr. KP (Kyle) & Shandra took care of this first-timer. From their outgoing and warm personalities to their recommendations of coffee based on personalized questions. Never have I ever been treated this well at a coffee establishment. I tried out the CAF and Just Black versions of (samplers) tasters, both were hands down far better quality than any corporate branded bean. At the end of the day, I left with a medium just black coffee and purchased 1 hat, a 20 oz tumbler, and a 3x t-shirt. Well worth the price and the 14-mile drive to get there.
