This is LaRon Brown I was Refused service today around 8pm all because I asked a young Latino male cashier who I have had job development criticism and self personalities about in the past against the young Latino male who works at this location. First off I am tired of coming to this location waiting at the front to order and not even being told one moment I will be with you in a second. After 2 or 3 minutes go by. that's unacceptable and poor welcomeness. The young Latino male stepped up to take my order I asking someone else take my order like the female manager that they had and I was told that I was lame by the young Latino male cashier who works at this location. I did not respond in anger. I just wanted another manager to assist me or another employee. To me that's not hard to get around I'm spending my money I just wanted someone who I believe can do my art correctly with a better attitude. Another provocative attitude. I was refused service by the manager she said that I made her feel uncomfortable. And I did not even ask her or deal with her I just asked her and a firm way that I wanted her to help me . One of the employees tried to after the issue at hand that I explained above in the statement. The young Latino male employee try to give me a fork that's all I wanted was a fork and to purchase a small drink and I was going to be peacefully and sit down in the dining room like I've been doing for over 10 years yes I've been coming to this location for 10 years but my money stops spending today. Until I get an apology Another thing why isn't there any black African Americans work here . That's another thing that's why I'm not spending my money here no more hire some African Americans. I would never eat Jack-in-the-Box again. me and my mom went into the restaurant around 11:15 AM today There was a bunch of DoorDash orders piled up under the warmer just piled up on top of each other. I told the cashier that it was my first time at Jack-in-the-Box. She didn’t recommend anything to me. she didn’t say anything she just smiled, we ordered our food. Everything was right so then we get in the car. I go to try a fry. The fry was ice so then open up the sandwich. The sandwich was ice cold and half cooked. My mom’s food was ice cold my son food was ice cold, I didn’t call the store. I didn’t go back. I am leaving my review. Jack-in-the-Box is the worst place ever on top of that it smells bad in the inside of the restaurant in the bathroom to say that it was women that was on shift that should’ve never looked dirty like that and it should’ve never had that smell like that so Jack-in-the-Box Owners you really need to go back and retrain your managers and your crewmembers and learn how to cook food correctly learn how to keep your food at the right temperature because you’re getting people sick. The person had already received their order and no further order was handed to them after the talk. I was running super late for work. I was on the drive through for 10 minutes and only 3 cars were ahead of me when I ordered. I asked him why they were chit chatting while we wait, and he said that the customer was making sure their order is right.
